Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage - sehr Vieles um die Ecke zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein angenehmes Onsen und gute Ausstattung. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich werde es sicher weiter empfehlen.

Decent hotel within a short distance to markets
Pros:

I had a decent view in this hotel and a nice stay. I liked the ambiance of the hotel and the breakfast was really good too. I liked the whole ordering a main dish and then a buffet added on. It was a bit smaller of a buffet too. Onsen was nice as well. The location was prime for shopping as you were within 3-5 minute walks to a lot of markets. The staff were nice they did forget about me asking for an iron but I eventually got one and he apologized for it.

Cons:

I really wanted to go to the temple that’s next to the hotel cause my fiancée is a Buddhist as well but they weren’t accepting visitors. I could understand a bit that it’s touristy area but the temple was why I chose this place to stay at. Rooms were a bit smaller but I think it’s a decent place to stay.

Pros:

Ubicación excelente. Hay innumerables restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia, por lo que es una gran base para explorar Kioto. Onsen muy bueno.

Cons:

Faltan enchufes usb y usb - c para conectar, al poner los adaptadores la velocidad de carga se ralentiza mucho.
