מלון מומלץ מאוד במיקום יוצא מהכלל
Pros:

מלון מצויין במיקום יוצא מן הכלל, קרוב לכל המקומות במיוחד למסעדות ואיזקיה בלילות, אבל גם לשוק נישקי וועוד. מלון נעים, נקי עם אונסן מעולה!

Modern hotel op toplocatie
Pros:

Een absolute toplocatie in het midden van Kyoto en toch rustig. Modern hotel met onsen!

Cons:

Eerder kleinere kamer maar dat hadden we verwacht dus het viel wel mee. Ik vond het spijtig dat er bij de onsen geen loungeruimte was. Zoals gewoonlijk zijn de onsen gescheiden voor mannen en vrouwen maar het zou fijn zijn als je wel op elkaar kan wachten in een gemeenschappelijke lounge nadien.

Perfecte rustige plek in levendige wijk
Pros:

Fantastische en rustige ligging middenin levendig gebied, zeer uitgebreid Japans en westers ontbijt, heerlijke bedden, zeer stille airco en vriendelijke medewerkers. Alles is behoorlijk nieuw aan het hotel. Ook de onsen was heerlijk, mannen en vrouwen gescheiden.

Cons:

Een wastafel in het slaapdeel van de kamer kwam wat vreemd over. De doucheruimte met WC is ruim en je zou verwachten dat met een iets handiger indeling de wastafel gewoon in de badkamer zou kunnen. Maar goed, kleinigheidje, het was meer dat het ons verbaasde.

Very convenient location and excellent service.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast option on the property. Staff was extremely helpful and the service was exceptional, they helped with any issue we had. The location was VERY convenient. We walked out and right there in Kyoto’s city center, a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and shopping. And only a 15 min walk to the Gion district for matcha and kimonos. Also close to the metro.

Cons:

Room was a tiny bit cramped if you have more than 1 luggage and share the room with another person, but was expected.

Pros:

The hotel staff here are exceptional and very polite. Also, the amenities and location are first rate. This has been one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended if you are visiting Kyoto.
