L’ambiente era elegante, pulitissimo ed efficiente. La cucina ottima e di elevato livello. La colazione abbondante e varia. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Ricordo in particolar modo Valentina che ci è stata molto vicina e ci ha dato consigli preziosi sulle escursioni da fare (molto belle!) ed i percorsi ottimali per raggiungere i siti da visitare. Ricordo anche Diego che con simpatia e gentilezza ci ha dato delle indicazioni su come muoverci.

Our stay at this hotel was simply beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional.

The hotel is located in a lovely area, making it a great base to explore Malta. On arrival, one of the staff members even gave us a map and took the time to recommend places we should visit, which was a really thoughtful touch and helped us make the most of our trip.

The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also had Club Lounge access, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The evening canapés were delicious, and the complimentary drinks between 5 pm and 7 pm made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic every morning with plenty of choice.

The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Our room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels, sparkling clean sinks and taps, and thoughtful attention to every little detail. We never had to call housekeeping because everything was always taken care of before we even thought to ask.

One evening, after eating outside the hotel, we both felt unwell. At around 1 am, we called room service to ask if we could have some lemon juice, and they kindly brought it to our room free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.

Another thing that stood out was how safe we felt. I accidentally left my handbag open in the room one day, and everything was exactly where I had left it. That gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay.

The indoor pool was another highlight. During our visit, Malta was experiencing an exceptional heat wave, so spending time around the outdoor pool wasn’t always comfortable. Having a clean, well maintained indoor pool meant we could still relax and enjoy the facilities without missing out.

I also made use of the gym, and it had all the essential equipment needed for a holiday workout. The only small suggestion I have would be to include lighter dumbbells, such as 2 kg and 4 kg, alongside the existing weights. That would make it even better for guests of all fitness levels.

Even after we checked out at 12 noon, our flight wasn’t until later that evening. The hotel safely stored our luggage and even offered us facilities to shower and change before heading to the airport. It was a level of hospitality that made our last day so much more comfortable.

Every member of staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and it was the little things that made this stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

Seemed ok when we got here a week ago.
However the aircondition didn’t work, in this 5 Star hotel.
I told them a few times. After a week with minimal sleep, I told them again about the issues.
I thought we Would Get help, instead we were downgraded to almost the same room, at streetlevel.
The dont know about customer seevice.
I thought we Would be upgraded, or at least, not be downgraded to streetlevel.

Extremely disappointed with the service. This is not what we paid a great deal of money for.
1 more week. Out daughter cried last night when we had to move down to this dungeon.

Ok place. Do not have the 5star feel.

Staying here for 2 weeks.

Aircondition is a parody. At night it is 28 degrees celcius. In our room.
No response from thehotel when I contact them.
Swimmingpool on the topfloor is incredibly dirty, quite disgusting.

It has a good location and is close to the restaurants.

Das Personal ist an Höflichkeit und Effizienz nicht zu überbieten. Sogar die Hotelleitung sucht täglich das Gespräch mit dem Gast und gibt wertvolle Tipps. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen, wobei auch der Service durch das Housekeeping besonders gewürdigt werden muss. Hat man das Glück, ein Zimmer mit Zugang zum Club zu haben, werden kostenlose Snacks und Getränke auf der schönen, vor dem Hotel liegenden Piazza angeboten. Tolle Atmosphäre!! Die auf dem Dach liegende Poolanlage wirkt ästhetisch und bietet sinnvolle Gastronomie. Hier wie auch im gesamten Hotel überzeugt die beispielhafte Sauberkeit! Fazit: Das Hotel als solches ist eigentlich nicht zu übertreffen.
