A comfortable, clean and nice stay in Kyoto
Pros:

A comfortable, clean and nice hotel. Our room blended the traditional tatami aesthetic with some modern look and feel - it was perfect for us.
They have every amenity you may need like toiletries, PJs, towels etc. Staff are very helpful if you need to communicate with them about luggages etc.
It is also close to a subway station and there are some nice cafes in walking distance around the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing at all - We liked everything. I only wish they would've had coffee in the room. But maybe i did not notice another option they had?

Chambre large et lumineuse, très bon petit déjeuner varié, personnel très aimable mais parlant mal anglais.

Cons:

L'enregistrement par écran, pas de personnel à l'accueil.

Pros:

De kamer was ruim naar Japanse standaard.

Cons:

Er zijn slechts vier wasmachines voor een hotel met 9 verdiepingen waardoor je letterlijk moet kamperen aan een wasmachine wil je je was gedaan krijgen. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt hoewel ze hier mee uitpakken als uitgebreid. Zaken die op zijn werden amper of zelfs niet meer aangevuld ook al duurde het ontbijt nog 1,5 uur.

Clean rooms, conveniently located to Kyoto station
Pros:

The room was great~ nice, firm bed, spacious and clean room. The location was good for proximity to Kyoto Station.
Great luggage storage pre/post checkin. Good breakfast options.

Cons:

Check-in area is designed to be self-service/automated. The staff that shows up when « help » button is pushed is very helpful. This automation appears left-over from « no-contact » format during Covid. Unfortunately it feels very impersonal. Especially for 4-star hotel.
