Location Strategic, Close to Matsumoto Train Station & Bus Terminal. Japanese breakfast is great.
Pros:

No room card needed to access to room is efficient. Staffs are attentive, friendly & professional. Check out process is super efficient. Japanese healthy breakfast is amazing. The hotel location is very strategic, close / walking distance to Matsumoto Train Station & Matsumoto Bus Terminal.

Cons:

The room size is too tiny. 2 person could not even move in the room. The pillow is very hard, like sleeping on rock. Other pillows taken from the receptionist is too small.

Gute Ausgangsbasis für einen Besuch in Matsumoto, aber kleine Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Onsen, das war sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, man hat kaum Platz um die Koffer aufzumachen. Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht geschmeckt.

Echt een superhotel
Pros:

Echt een super hotel ;-). Kortbij station (10 min lopen) en toeristisch centrum (15 min lopen). Kamers en onsen zijn klein maar fijn. Goed ontbijt, behulpzame medewerksters en als verrassing een leenpyama van het hotel en gratis drankjes tot 21 uur. Sorry dat we de pruimenwijn hebben opgemaakt. Wat ons betreft een dikke aanrader.

房間乾淨舒適，客房服務和管理超讚，備品可自助拿非常齊全
Welcome bar一生推，早餐簡單但新鮮好吃

Cons:

房間小，窗戶小有點不通風但開冷氣即可
房間內的浴缸很迷你，身高不到160cm泡澡腳無法伸直，高個子建議去樓下泡大浴池
