Decent stay in Osaka
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and overall it was a positive experience with a big caveat.

+ The staff was very helpful and spoke good English.
+ The room was huge with plenty of space to open our suitcases.
+ The beds were comically big and comfortable. I think you could easily fit 3 people in those. We slept like kings
+ Located in a great area with tons of shops around and easy access to the metro.

Cons:

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was not great. While at a surface level everything looked fine, when we tried entering the balcony we were surprised to see that it was literally full of dust. We're talking big chunks of it, as if nobody has cleaned it in months. This was disappointing because we planned to wash our clothes and dry them there, but this was impossible considering we would've just gotten them dirty again.

This meant we had to improvise and struggle with drying them in the bathroom, which was not great as there was barely any space to do that.

Amazing
Pros:

Absolutely amazing stay. Room was very large and 2 kings sized beds. Couple minute walk to all the main shops.

Estadía excepcional
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra a dos cuadras de Dotonbori.
El departamento cuenta con todos los servicios incluso tiene lavadora y te proporcionan el detergente para lavar la ropa.Tambien hay café y te en la recepción y uno puede solicitar todo lo que necesite y te lo brindan con mucha amabilidad.

Pros:

Location on the Shinsaibashi shopping street and close to the subway. The size of the room was very good. Washing machine in every room.

Cons:

The bed was hard. One of the reception staff in the night hours was quite rude. The washing machine in our room was without dryer which was incorrectly informed. We had to hang the clothes in the bathroom and switch the heater on. There were not sufficient hangers and we did not get additional hangers upon request. You get 3 options for breakfast places. No buffet and the amount of food you got was minimal which will leave you hungry 30 minutes after eating. The cleaning is only once in 3 days although you can get fresh towels everyday from the reception. The checkout is 10 AM. if you write a review you will get an extension for until 12:00.
