Pros:

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Shinsaibashi so everything you need was literally at your finger tips.
Room was a great size for family of 4 as well. Having a balcony was lovely too.

Cons:

The smoking room was right next to the entry so you had to walk through a cloud of second-hand smoke every time you entered the lobby.
Could also do with a small hanger system to peg up undies and socks to dry.

Pros:

The hotel is just beside the shopping district. The room has all the necessities for a family. They provided dishwashing water bottles, liquid, sponge, and laundry detergent which is very nice considering we checked in very late and was not able to buy at the convenience store. They do room cleaning every 3 days but I hope it can be shortened to 1-2 days since we have a toddler that needs diaper changing. They also let us check out late at 12pm and let us leave the luggage within the day for FREE!

Cons:

There is a smell in the toilet that doesn't go away. It is the same smell from a public toilet so we thought it is normal.

Pros:

Spacious room and good location.

Cons:

Room was very dark even with lights on. The ceiling light was very glaring. Would be nice to have a table lamp.

Bare bones furniture and amenities.
Poor quality toilet paper.
No coffee or tea.

大致上房間乾淨舒適，但仍是有小地方沒有真正清潔（洗衣機濾網），此外雖然有廚房，但附在房內的鍋子已經被刮的傷痕累累無法使用了，有點可惜（我沒有跟櫃檯反應這個事情，不知道能不能更換）

空間大，櫃檯服務人員很友善，周邊很熱鬧。

Cons:

距離心齋橋站仍要走7、8分鐘，平常逛街沒問題，拖著行李箱還是會累一點。
