Great facilities, yet an unacceptable lack of consideration for guests
Pros:

Great room – clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's located a little outside the town on a main road, so traffic noise can be noticeable. There are parking spaces behind the building, but due to ongoing construction work, they're not clearly signposted, so you may need to contact the property or find them on your own. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Cons:

On Sunday morning, construction workers began polishing marble stairs directly outside my room at 8:00 a.m., creating significant noise. We asked them to stop, explaining that this was not appropriate on a Sunday morning, but they simply ignored us and continued working. I also experienced a serious issue with the electric window blinds. While I was standing on the balcony, the blinds suddenly closed on their own due to what appeared to be a faulty switch, leaving me locked outside. Fortunately, a colleague was staying in the room next door, so I was able to get his attention and ask him to contact the property. Had I been traveling alone, I would have had no way to notify anyone or get back into the room.

Tout était parfait ! Appart hôtel très bien équipé (plaque, frigo, cafetière, machine à laver), logement grand, confortable et très propre ! Personnel accueillant, parking gratuit littéralement à côté et le must, la terrasse de l'hôtel qui donne directement sur la plage !!! Parfait pour un petit pique nique au coucher du soleil ! Et très facile de prendre le bus pour aller directement au centre de Rethymnon

La modernité de l’établissement

Cons:

Personne a l’accueil pour nous recevoir, carte de chambre mise sur le comptoir à la portée de tous et petit déjeuner en livraison avec très peu de quantité, nous pensions avoir un buffet comme dans les hôtels habituels et nous avons été très déçu.

Pros:

Die Lage am Wasser (aber nur, wenn man Seeblick bucht, sonst wird es laut zur Straße hin, auch seitliche Zimmer) sowie der kurze Weg (ca. 25 min) in die Stadt zu allen Restaurants.

Cons:

Frühstück wird a la McDonalds (allerdings ein besserer Anbieter) in Pappboxen aufs Zimmer geliefert. Da guckt man etwas erstaunt... wir haben dann draußen auf 2 kleinen Tischchen an den Strandliegen gegessen.
Nebenan die Baustelle liefert zuverlässig - auch am Sonntag unverstellten Baulärm - das geht noch fast bis Ende 2026 so weiter schätze ich ...

posizione orribile: accanto ad una strada statale piena di traffico notte e giorno. per dormire ero costretta a chiudere le finestre.

Pros:

The hotel is perfect! Privacy is well taken care of. We rented the ground-floor suite with a balcony overlooking the sea. It’s quiet on this side. Rethymno’s Old Town is a 10- to 15-minute walk away. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, all of which are plentiful and delicious. Renting a car is essential in Crete! Parking is free right next to the hotel.
