Great location in a more quiet area of the island - with the beach right next to the hotel!
The breakfast was tasty, many great restaurants are in walking distance and the staff did everything to make our stay nice. We could not have booked better.

L’appartement était très agréable à vivre avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Une super terrasse domine la plage. Le personnel est très chaleureux et prévenant.
Le seul point négatif est la plage de cailloux devant l’hôtel. Non entretenue donc des bouteilles en plastique et autre détritus. Néanmoins une fois passé les cailloux la mer est crural et le fond de sable. L’arrivée a l’hôtel est également un peu difficile car l’entrée est en bas d’une côte ce qui rend l’accès avec les valises un peu pénible.
The room was next to the main road, so not easy to sleep at night if you are light sleeper.
Era tutto perfetto, avevo un piccolo problema alla doccia che non riuscivo a risolvere, dopo 20 minuti che l’ho fatto notare allo staff era già risolto. Servizi ottimi, ma sopratutto addetti alle pulizie fantastici, non mi aspettavo avrebbero rifatto il letto e sistemato tutti i giorni; ci è anche capitato di lasciare qualche piatto e posata sporchi nel lavandino, e al ritorno dal mare ritrovare tutto già pulito e al suo posto.
Mi è piaciuta la struttura che era interamente ristrutturata, la posizione vicina al centro di reti Mox e alla tangenziale subito limitrofa
Avrei gradito che ci fossero più strumenti per cucinare e il bagno era veramente un po’ piccolo. Avrei inoltre gradito che lo staff fosse presente alla reception per chiedere informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e su per avere qualche informazione rispetto al nostro soggiorno a Creta. Era disponibile un addetto all’accoglienza poche ore la mattina al momento in cui chiaramente noi turisti siamo già fuori per goderci la giornata
Propre, neuf, pour nous c'était bien pour une nuit.
Accès à la petite plage avec les transats très sympa sur la terrasse et au bord de l'eau.
Le petit déjeuner en chambre était bien.
Très bruyant au bord de la route principale. Parking vite plein.
Salle de bain très petite.
Un peu trop loin du centre ville pour y aller à pied.
Pour info l'entrée est sur le côté et pas très bien indiquée.
We booked a sea view apartment for a 2 night beachfront stay & to see the old town. We had a hire car which is parked off road down a slope beside the BP petrol station on a stoned area beside the beach/lifeguard station about a 2 minute walk to the property. Your key card gives you access 24hrs to the building.
The compact apartment was lovely, well equipped with 3 sets cutlery/plates/glasses pots pans etc. The washing machine was a bonus and laundry tablets were provided along with pegs. Balconies are a lovely size with beautiful view of the sea/Rethymon.. Netfix available on the TV and decent hairdryer also provided. Not a huge amount of hanging space (6 hangers) but fine for a short stay.
We pre-paid breakfast which you called of the house phone to order and it was brought up to your room within 15 mins, which you can enjoy then on your balcony. Cleaners remove then when the come in to clean your room. Area at front for sunbathing and also some sunbeds on the beach. Beach is a mix of stone and sand.
There is a lovely coffee shop which is really reasonable about 2 minutes walk, We had lunch at the restaurant at the front of the Petradi Beach Hotel just a few minutes walk which was very good. There are a selection of 4/5 restaurants within 5-10 minutes if you don't want to go to the old town. The area has several luxury apartments and the road at the rear of the Suites is very busy. I would recommend a sea view room at this property, the rooms at the back overlook the road which is very busy and noisy.
I would recommend using the free electric bus service into old town, the stop is 100yds away.
From the time of booking the communication with the property was excellent, messages responded to promptly - the property even messaged of the day of arrival to say room was ready and we could check in early, the gentleman who works on reception was very professional, efficient and accommodating.
Those with mobility issues should note once you park you walk up a steepish slope, along the pavement and then down some shallow steps to the property entrance.
I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom, only mirror is in the bathroom.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpio. La ubicación es afuera del centro pero aún cerca a la ciudad y con playa. Muy buena opción!
No tienen personal en recepción al recibirnos. Todo es automático. Las habitaciones al lado de la calle tienen algo de ruido en la noche.
