One of the most memorable stays of my Dubai vacation! The beautiful views, comfortable room, pool area, and food area were all amazing. I especially loved the personalized welcome on the TV with the guest name, such a lovely touch that made the stay feel special. The staff were always welcoming, smiling, and incredibly helpful. I had such a wonderful time and felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would happily come back again and again, and would even love to stay in the same room!

Het was als thuiskomen. Wij komen hier al jaren en het was fijn om de vertrouwde gezichten weer te zien, zoals Tirathji en Nazrulji en anderen. Werkelijk iedereen staat klaar om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij kregen vertrouwen van het hotel voor wat betreft de betaling, dank hiervoor! De locatie blijft voortreffelijk, restaurants, supermarkten, thee-salons en veel andere soorten winkels liggen op enkele minuten lopen.
Wij komen hier al bijna 5 jaar. Blijkbaar slaagt het management er niet in om goed koelende minibars in de kamers te plaatsen. Ook in z'n hoogste stand blijft de minibar lauw koelen. Een fatsoenlijk koude cola in je kamer drinken is hierdoor niet mogelijk. Ook rest eten dat je een dag later heel goed zou kunnen eten, moet je weggooien, omdat de minibar niet voldoende koelt. Mijn oproep aan het management is om dit voor eens en altijd op te lossen.
