Pros:

Очень хороший сервис и персонал! Брали два номера, все остались довольны. Полотенца меняли каждую уборку, есть халаты и тапочки.
Завтраки тоже хорошие, наесться можно, хотя хотелось бы немного расширения ассортимента.
Местоположение очень красивое и удобное!

Overall it was a pleasant and cosy stay. Will definitely recommend this b&b.
Pros:

The apartment is well located- close to many restaurants, amenities and in a safe place. Almost all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Irina was exceptional- she went out of her way to make our stay perfect. If there were any issues she did her best to resolve and remedy it to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We felt at home.

Only had some minor snags…. Firstly the place has no
Elevators.
Secondly On arrival from the airport the taxi driver dropped us off outside the building with all our luggage (7 bags) on the pavement. I went inside to ask the gentleman on duty at reception to send a porter or someone to assist bring our luggage inside. I was told there is no porter and I would need to do it myself. We were exhausted and hungry after travelling for over 25 hrs and now to be told there’s no one to help was extremely infuriating. Nevertheless I proceeded to bring my luggage into the building. After checking in and getting our room key (our room was located on the first floor- there’s approximately 10-12 steps, maybe even more, to climb in order to get to our room) I once again was told by the very same gentleman that we would need to carry our own bags upstairs as he is unable to do it as he has some leg problem. I took some of the lightweight bags upstairs and as I was about to go back down to fetch my other luggage I heard the owner Irina in reception and before you know it the gentleman downstairs is now quickly bringing up our bags to the room. Very bad first impression, however, the rest of our stay turned out to be excellent as there were different people on duty in reception for the rest of our stay and we did not have to encounter this particular gentleman for the rest of our stay. On departure there was another man on duty who was so helpful and refused that we carry any luggage. He even assured us in calling for a taxi. A big thank you to him.

We stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks. The staff was lovely and kind. They helped us with everything we needed and always with a smile.

Bien situé et propre, mais clairement pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec un parking disponible. Les lieux sont propres et l’emplacement est pratique.

Cons:

L’établissement est présenté comme un hôtel 5 étoiles sur Booking, mais les prestations correspondent plutôt, selon moi, à un 3 étoiles. Le personnel n’est malheureusement pas accueillant : peu aimable, peu serviable et presque jamais souriant. J’ai également ressenti une différence de traitement qui m’a mis mal à l’aise et que j’ai perçue comme discriminatoire. Certains équipements sont en mauvais état : le fer à repasser était abîmé et la couverture avait des trous. Enfin, le « grand lit » annoncé est en réalité composé de deux matelas rapprochés, avec un creux très gênant au milieu.

Pros:

Habitaciones súper espaciosas, las de con vistas a la calle muy luminosas. Personal amable. El barrio es genial.

Cons:

Las escaleras para subir, aunque te ayuda el personal a subir la maleta. La habitación con vistas a la calle, un poco ruidosas por un bar que hay abajo.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. If it was possible, I would give this place 11/10! We would definitely come back. ❤️

Best location in new Tbilisi
Pros:

Location is great, convenient for short holidays and pleasant to walk around and reach attractions.

Cons:

The room is nice and clean, but the bed sheets and pillows needed change, thanks the manager Ms. Irina's intervention the staff eventually changed them.
