I booked this hotel based on its reviews and was genuinely misled. The name 5 Stars implies a high-end experience, and the price point reinforces that impression — but the actual quality on arrival told a completely different story.
What you see on the listing and what you get at check-in are two very different things. The property does not match the standard suggested by its name or pricing. Facilities, rooms, and overall service fall well short of what the cost would lead any reasonable guest to expect.
I was also approached at reception and asked to leave a positive review before I had even settled in — which I found inappropriate and tells its own story about how the ratings here are managed.
If you are booking based on reviews and price as a signal of quality, be cautious. Do your due diligence before committing. I wish I had.

الرجاء التأكد بانفسكم. التقييمات كانت عاليه وانا مغمض حجزت فيه ويوم وصلت انصدمت بالسعر والجوده. ببساطه حسيت نفسي مغفل واتمنى لا تقعون بنفس الشي وتاكدو بانفسكم. الاسم كان 5 نجوم والسعر نفس اسعار فنادق 5 نجوم. اسمه الفندق 5 نجوم وليس تقييمه 5 نجوم. غش ع اصوله

Отель очень высокого уровня, понравилось все как в самих номерах (снимали сразу 2 номера), так в местах общего пользования, великолепные интерьеры, приятные цвета, сделано все со вкусом. Семье с детьми было приятно находиться и провести время, было жалко выезжать. Хочется выбрать данный отель как основное место остановки в случае приезда в Тбилиси. Локация центральная, на красивой улице рядом с м. Марджанишвили. Все интересные места в пешей доступности. В отеле хорошая немаленькая парковка. Владелец гостиницы очень приятный и заботливый человек, низкий поклон ей за великодушие к гостям, находилась всегда на связи и проявляла личный контроль за обеспечением комфорта. Рекомендую всем свои друзьям, кто приедет в Тбилиси и хочет провести время в центре города.

Отличный апарт отель. В номере чисто, уборка ежедневная, замечательный персонал. Было очень душевно. Локация удобная, рядом метро , исторические места. В 2 метрах магазин. Приняли нас очень хорошо. Рекомендуем всем! Мы обязательно вернемся к вам еще!

Pros:

Very friendly host Irina and receptionists. We were provided with everything we requested, and the room and facilities were very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no frying pan, but when we asked for it, we were immediately provided with one. Also, having a salt and pepper would be great.
