Pros:

地理位置很好，周围咖啡店食品店很多。员工热情且专业。住客在房间的时候不会打扰。离开房间时会征求意见，是否需要打扫。我在酒店大堂等待送机，酒店经理主动送上免费热茶。早餐很不错，新鲜美味。

We had a great stay at the hotel. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and everything was well organized. The host was amazing — very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The staff were also welcoming and professional. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The rooms were new. The location was amazing. The staff was kind and helpful. This is exactly why people pick boutique hotels over chain hotels.

The bathroom was good, the staff was very nice and accommodating

Cons:

The floor was not clean, had dust and hairs on our feet after walking in the room. The sheets had fibers and hairs and a few small visible stains. We brought up these issues after the first night and there was a little improvement but the floor was still dirty and we had a few small stains on the sheets.

Consistently Great Stay with Exceptional Service
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it continues to meet expectations. Irina stands out for her attentiveness and hospitality, she actively checks in via WhatsApp to ensure everything is going smoothly and is always available if needed.

A particularly appreciated gesture was the complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a super deluxe room, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Also, it has a Shattaf which is great for Arabs!

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was with the water heater, which was not functioning properly. However, this was quickly addressed, as Irina immediately offered to change our room without hesitation.

К сожалению забыл вовремя оставить отзыв. Оставались в отеле в начале ноября, попросили проверить чистоту номера, и правда, в номере было очень чисто. Нам, как привередливым к чистоте, было достаточно чисто. Также была парковка во дворе для автомобиля, что очень удобно. Номер был уютным, все необходимое было в номере. Спасибо!

Очень гостеприимные хозяева,ждали нас,спросили номер ,с каким видом нам предпочтителен,большой с отличным ремонтом номер,вежливый и приветливый персонал,всегда готовы помочь,в номер есть плита,чайник,приборы,все магазины рядом,достопримечательности -одно удовольствие прогуляться,прекрасный итальянский дворик,парковка
