Pros:

Pros:

L hôtel est vraiment super. La cour intérieure avec la piscine est très agréable. La vue sur le lac également. Le personnel très gentil et arrangeant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner buffet n'était pas terrible. Mais la vue sur le lac a fait passer le désagrément.

Pros:

Le calme, la chambre familiale qui comprenait 2 cjambres reliées par une sdb/wc, l'espace piscine avec la végétation et son emplacement vis a vis du site de Cobá !

Hermoso hotel al lado de Cobá, Cenotes y Reserva de Punta Laguna. Personal súper atento y confiable
Pros:

En el momento de nuestra estancia el hotel se encontraba con algunas áreas en remodelación. El personal se esforzó mucho en que, a pesar de esa situación, estuviéramos siempre cómodos y bien atendidos.
Valoramos mucho la atención de Jorge y también de Raúl en el restaurante, los desayunos muy bien servidos y el café delicioso. También Raúl nos compartió las historias sobre la zona y cuentos de aluxes que asombraron mucho a nuestros niños :)
El hotel está muy bien localizado para conocer lugares alrededor que valen la pena mil por ciento, además de la zona arqueológica de Cobá, hay cerca tres cenotes increíbles (Choo-Ha, Tankach-Ha y Multum-Ha) y la reserva de Punta Laguna que también tiene cenote, balneario, y actividades como kayac y tirolesa.
Quiero dejar un agradecimiento especial al personal del hotel pues olvidé una bolsa con objetos de valor en un jardín y tuvieron la gentileza de enviármela intacta por DHL a mi domicilio. Espero que las personas dueñas del hotel sepan que tienen un personal muy valioso y dedicado a su trabajo ¡Gracias por todo!

Un agradable espacio para desconectarse en Coba
Pros:

La vista a la laguna, la piscina, el personal muy amable y atento. Muy cómoda la habitación. Agradable la piscina.

Cons:

En las fotos aparecía acondicionador de cabello Pero no había en la ducha.

Always a delight to stay at the Kaab Coba, which is a perfect, quiet weekend getaway.
Pros:

We love this hotel and try to visit at least once a year. It's just about perfect in every way, to be honest. It's worth it to pay the extra for the breakfast, as the food is good and the service excellent.

Cons:

Our first night, the air conditioning didn't work due to a low energy issue that the hotel has no control over. I just wish I'd known or had a way to find out that the problem was electrical, since I got up more than once trying to figure out why the a/c wasn't working and I'd just have lived with it if I'd known.
