Part of the staff were incredible the other half absolutely awful. And the worst ones were all the higher positions. The best person in the whole team was a cleaning lady.

Cons:

They tried to charged us twice for the swimming pool and they made us leave before the end of the h. This is the second time that this has happened in this hotel. This is my 3rd stay in 3 years. The quality has slowly lowered. The breakfast was awful the options limited and rude stuff. The reception stuff was kind and helpful. They don’t serve alcohol based drinks. The pool on the rooftop is knee level. The AC in the room was good but anywhere else in the hotel was bad. Not worth it. This is a review from 7 guests.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed
Pros:

Worst place I ever stayed. I have travelled to over 35 countries, many of them multiple times including Morocco. Appalling

Nothing worked, staff fobbed us off. It looked nothing like the pictures.
