Séjour satisfaisant mais mention spéciale à Monsieur Aala 😉
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait 👍 cela reste agréable même si nous avons rencontrés quelques petits soucis au niveau des équipements mais dans l’ensemble cela reste correct.
J’ai une mention très spéciale pour un membre de l’équipe qui s’appelle Alaa ( j’espère ne pas me mettre trompé dans l’orthographe du prénom) il est présent le matin surtout au petit déjeuner. Il est adorable, à l’écoute, bienveillant il a su m’écouter et rebondir sur mes remarques notamment pour le petit déjeuner. Il a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien et a eu une belle attention envers moi et ma famille 😊 je vous remercie encore une fois pour votre bienveillance, votre accueil chaleureux Monsieur Alaa toujours aux petits soins avec nous bravo et merci pour votre gentillesse vous êtes au top 👌 si nous revenons c’est vraiment pour vous revoir !! Merci encore !

Séjour mitigé et marge de progrès pour l’etablissement.
Pros:

- Bon rapport qualité prix.
- Hommes de l’accueil très serviables.
- Buffet du petit déjeuner correct lorsqu’il est présent.

Cons:

- Buffet petit déjeuner parfois présent et parfois absent.
- Les dames à l’accueil ne vous disent pas ni bonjour ni bonsoir et sont toujours plongées dans leur téléphone portable.
- Gros cafards retrouvés à deux reprises dans leur logement que j’ai dû gérer avec passivité complète de la dame à l’accueil que j’ai appelé pour envoyer quelqu’un pour s’en occuper (elle proposait le passage d’une personne le lendemain!).
- Vues et odeurs désagréables à l’extérieur et autour de l’hôtel.

L"appartement est grand , propre et moderne.
Il rst bien équipé et calme.
Le personnel est gentille et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner est correcte sauf quand il y a moins de monde à l'hôtel.

Cons:

Il a été difficile de remédier rapidement aux divers problèmes signalés.
La piscine sur le toit ne convient pas pour les sdultes.

Cons:

Éramos 4 personas y solo nos dieron 4 toallas (2 grandes y 2 pequeñas), de manera que 2 de nosotros tuvimos que ducharnos y secarnos con las toallas de la cara. Pedimos más toallas pero no nos las dieron porque sólo las puede dar el servicio de limpieza que pasa por la mañana. Esto hizo que la visión de la estancia fuese totalmente negativa.
