Buona sistemazione
Pros:

Camera pulita, posizione non molto vicina al centro ma nei pressi della metro. Due fermate e si raggiunge il centro città. Zona tranquilla. Bel giardino con tavoli e sedie. Personale gentile anche se non tutti parlano inglese. Vista Ararat dal balcone della camera. Soggiorno più che gradevole.

Pros:

Просторная и чистая комната с кондиционером, удобная кровать и безупречное постельное белье. Хороший завтрак и доброжелательность персонала оставили очень приятные впечатления!

Cons:

Дополнить все прелести этого отеля можно парой деталей: мини холодильник в номере (он есть в общей зоне, but) и полотенце для ног.

Pros:

Вкусные завтраки и очень приятные сотрудники. Расположение отличное,недалеко от центра. Красивый интерьер и сад.

Cons:

Шум. Конечно,все зависит от других гостей,но в номере слышно все громкие звуки и даже негромкие разговоры из коридора.

Pros:

I like the working area, balcony view, yard, breakfast.

Cons:

The shower is not sealed.
Should be better to give instruction to guests about silence at night (ring, phones, lights).
And to make the door lock silent also.

A comfy place with nice inner courtyard (turtles and a cat are living there). Very attentive and competent staff - they were a great support!

Stay here! It’s perfectly clean
Pros:

Best place I stayed in Yerevan and I stayed in 5 different accommodations! It was clean, peaceful, professional, modern, relaxing. I had a really great stay.
