Pros:

Posizione buona

Cons:

Non pulita. Il terzo giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere perché spazzassero, e appena arrivate e per i successivi due giorni sul tavolo della cucina c’era cenere di sigaretta non nostra.
Il prezzo è altissimo per la struttura.
Non corrisponde agli standard di un 4 stelle.
Nella sala pranzo c’era anche un rigonfiamento del muro per umidità.
I rumori e gli schiamazzi non facevano dormire.
La stanza era grande, su tre piani, di cui uno sul terrazzo (e cenere di sigaretta anche qui), ma avremmo preferito un locale gestito meglio e più piccolo. Anche il frigo, che era vuoto, non era pulito.

Tres bien mais il n’y a plus le super petit-dejeuner

Il y a de la place, tres bien équipé, avec climatisation, au calme, trés propre. J’y ai tres bien dormi

Cons:

Il est dommage que n’ayons su que le premier matin que l’etablissement se faisait plus le petit-dejeuner ( il y avait plein d’avis dithyrambiques sur le petit-dejeuner). Le petit-dejeuner était prévu dorénavant dans un café à proximité.
Le bain à remous était hors service

Bonitas habitaciones pero servicio regular
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas. Está bien situado y se nos facilitó el alquiler de una scooter.

Cons:

El establecimiento anunciaba que disponía de una piscina en la azotea. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-in preguntamos por ella y el personal nos informó de que no estaba abierta ese mismo día pero que al siguiente si. Al día siguiente volvimos a preguntar y, esta vez, nos indicaron dónde se encontraba. Para nuestra sorpresa, al subir descubrimos que la piscina estaba completamente vacía, algo que en ningún momento nos habían comunicado.

Meravigliosa esperienza
Pros:

Ringraziamo la Sig.ra Stella e suo marito per l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità.
Consigliamo la struttura per la posizione strategica e il confort delle stanze.
Abbiamo fatto aperitivo/cena nel ristorante del figlio "Il Panorama" .. non si può perdere questa esperienza! Ottimo cibo e vista mozzafiato su l'isola di Vulcano.
Ritorneremo sicuramente!

L'emplacement dans une ruelle de la vieille ville, près du port et près des commerces et restaurants

La chambre était sombre et humide.
Ce n'était pas réellement un studio avec kitchenette, mais plutôt une grande chambre et un."placard cuisine " . Pas possible de préparer un repas et d'y manger
