Need better management team and continuous upskilling program for all staff.

Breakfast could have been better with adequate food.. came to the restaurant at 09.30am and food was almost gone. Shower was lacking hot water and my room light was not bright.

This could have been a 9 or 10 for a hotel in the interior highland of Sabah.

Cons:

I scored only a 6 because my stay was a work trip. I need the receipt of payment for the claim.

I chose to pay at the property upon checking in and they were not able to issue a receipt immediately after payment.

Unfortunately and shockingly, the receipt issued during check-out is labelled 'Invoice', not 'Receipt', which caused problems when I submitted my claim to my Finance Dept.

Referred to the hotel at the counter and via Booking, WhatsApp, and email, and the replies were the same. Sento Hotel only issues "Invoice".

The hotel should use the correct terms to prevent problems to those who stay for work purposes.
