The Soul Istanbul Hotel

Visual design, lovely staff especially the Mann at breakfast and the lady on reception.

Small and welcoming boutique hotel with nicely appointed rooms and very friendly/ helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and linens good quality. The area has lots of character with a bohemian feeling to it - many shops and restaurants and residential mix. Good central location within walking distance of the popular areas of Beyoglu but note it is a hilly area. Included breakfast has a mixed buffet and hot egg dishes on request. Small elevator but thankful there was one. Air conditioning worked well.

Top floor and there is a lift! I loved the detail paintwork in the room - great interior design choices. Also we had a great night sleep -good bed and linen and also quiet at night!

heel vriendelijk personeel, heel mooie hotelkamer, supercomfortabel (voelde echt luxueus voor ons), perfecte locatie in een leuke buurt van waaruit je vlot naar andere plekken in Istanbul kan reizen; belangrijke tramhalte op 12 minuten stappen...

Good customer service

Whilst I was expecting a little bit more of the Reception area from the photo, and perhaps a larger room, the staff were very helpful and everything was clean and tidy. It was a good location, 10 minutes to the tram. Hotel staff being present for 24 hours a day was very helpful for our late arrival and early return to the airport.

Great hotel , very helpful and friendly staff ! Particularly Nergiz , Emra , Nopin were very hospitable!

Wonderful hotel with extremely helpful staff . We arrived well before check in and without our luggage, which got to us a few days later ( but that’s another story), and they went out of their way to prepare our room not long after. The area is fantastic with great bars and cafes. There’s also a nice hamman across the road which is worth a visit.

Our stay at the Soul Hotel was perfect in every way. This boutique hotel is of a very high standard. Our room (superior double) had a massive, very comfortable bed. The ameneties and cleanliness were superb. The triple glazed windows ensured no noise disturbance at all. The breakfast meze was amazing with a huge choice of excellently prepared fresh food. The breakfast service by Alvin was fantastic, as was his Turkish coffee! All the staff we met at the Soul Hotel were so brilliant, helpful, friendly and professional...our particular thanks to Nergiz and Nihat for making our stay so memorable (and for the suprise Birthday cake!). We highly recommend this excellent hotel for a short break in Istanbul.

Piccolo boutique hotel in ottima posizione con personale attento, gentile e molto premuroso. Ho soggiornato in una camera standard al 4° piano un poco piccola ma dotata di tutti i confort. Ottimo il transfer da/per aeroporto (sia come servizio che come costo). Colazione ottima anche se dal costo un pò elevato (20€ contro i 15€ dichiarati su Booking), peccato che la sala sia un pò piccola e non sia molto comodo muoversi. L'hotel è situato in una via laterale a volte un pò rumorosa (traffico e persone) ma non ci sono locali notturni così vicini da rendere il sonno difficile. Lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
