Great hotel in a lovely square in Chur old town.
Pros:

The room was large and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good and all staff that we met were lovely. I would be happy to stay hear again and to recommend to others.

Cons:

The basement area where they store luggage was poorly lit and difficult to carry bags up and down to.

Местоположението. Персоналът е услужлив. В ресторанта беше много вкусно. Ако стигна някога отново до Chur, пак бих отседнала там.

Cons:

Няма usb, от рецепция дават адаптер срещу 10 франка депозит. Няма шампоан за коса и сешоар. Шумно, носете си тапи за уши.

Recepção aperada, sem gentileza, pessoa ocupada com outros trabalhos, fora recepção, anti profissional, com uma seriedade quase agressiva e sem gentileza alguma local apertadíssimo para o hóspede cansado ficar em pé esperando descer da escada com enorme porta toalhas evitando o checkin normal de uma pousada. Pousada com preço de hotel tipo Mercure ou tipo nh. Uma decepção, não recomendo a nenhum parente (a família viaja constantemente) e nem para conhecidos dos meus dois grupos, ginasta de madame e jantar de colegas de escola. Me arrependi amargamente por ter feito essa reserva pelo Booking. Vale uma auditoria acho que inclusive na setor financeiro, porque a “bagunça” parece esconder algo…. Só é suspeita.
