Amazing stay and will definitely be returning
Pros:

The staff were incredible, so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful, with great facilities. Breakfast was the highlight of our morning. They provided us with a soup, salad, yoghurt, fresh juice and a main dish with plenty of fruit. Being able to watch the sunset from the roof terrace was one of our favourites parts to the hotel.

Cons:

The only flaw was that our room didn’t have a lot of space to store our luggage / clothes.

Pros:

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous hotel in ideal location with helpful amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely spacious room in the old city. Also a very spacious bathroom with large bathtub. There is a school close by however we heard no noise so no issues. Staff were phenomenal, so kind and helpful. They also allowed us to stay a bit after checkout as the kids were sleeping. Breakfast every day was incredibly tasty and also presented beautifully as well. Building itself was also lovely with a gorgeous rooftop view. There is also a play area for kids. They also allow you to borrow bikes if you want to cycle around the city which is incredibly thoughtful.

Incredible, comfy, great food, pool brilliant, staff excellent, great location
Pros:

An incredible stay, the staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. The whole place was well maintained and immaculately clean, great sized rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast was brilliant with my vegetarian daughter well catered for too. The rooftop terrace is a bonus and the location is perfect for old city exploring and taxiing out to further afield trips.
Staff had lots of helpful recommendations. I've never left a 10/10 review before but this place deserves it!

Cons:

Genuinely, there was nothing! Only thing since is I've realised their laundry service was perhaps a little high on charges compared to other places at 100THB/kilo, but still didn't feel unreasonable.

Best place in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The staff was so sweet. When we had to extend our stay because my girlfriend had to go to the hospital they would check in every day to see how she was and made sure I had everything I needed. It was like a home away from home.

Cons:

I earnestly can't think of anything to complain about. I'm from NYC so it took me a while to get used to how nice everyone was.

Pequeño diamante en el centro de Chiang Mai
Pros:

Su personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Estábamos de luna de miel y nos decoraron la cama cada día. Las instalaciones muy modernas y cuidadas, con una cama muy cómoda y grande. Ubicación inmejorable.

Cons:

A pesar de que el desayuno no era muy variado, cada día tienen un principal distinto combinando platos occidentales y orientales. Ponen mucha atención para mejorar tu estancia, incorporando platos de tu gusto. En mi caso compraron leche vegetal dado que soy intolerante y no lo había avisado.

Gut für zwei bis drei Tage.
Pros:

Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Die Schule nebenan habe ich nicht als störend wahrgenommen. Das Frühstück wurde als täglich wechselndes Menü angeboten und war sehr gut. Ein Lob an die Küche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Pool ist viel zu klein zum Schwimmen. Auch der Platz drumherum. Wir waren im Oktober da und es waren nur drei oder vier Zimmer belegt. In der Hochsaison wird es viel zu eng.

Pros:

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast every day. The free bike rentals were a huge help as well. Location was very convenient, everything was close by. It is on a small narrow street so would recommend walking 1 minute before calling a Grab to make things easier. The room was a little bit small but it was nice and clean. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Entspannter und toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und zudem wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist top und perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es immer frische Handtücher und ausreichend Wasser gab. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 😊

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr feines Frühstück. Super Lage in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Ablagefläche hat etwas gefehlt, da das Bett sehr gross war.
