Perfect
Pros:

We verbleven hier 5 nachten en bij aankomst kregen we gelijk een upgrade wat heel fijn was.
Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vertelde graag wat de beste plekken waren om heen te gaan, zowel in Chiang Mai als in Chiang Rai.

Daarnaast werd de kamer dagelijks goed schoongemaakt en kregen we dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken. Ze maakte alles zo goed schoon dat ze zelfs wat kleding die we hadden liggen netjes voor ons hadden opgevouwen. Daarnaast zag ik ze beneden ook frequent de tegels dweilen en schrobben. De hygiëne is dus echt geweldig hier.

Prijetna nastanitev, zanimiv a zelo dober zajtrk.

Cons:

Presenetilo me je, da ni jasnega vstopa v bazen v smislu nakazanih stopnic. Vanj se gre direktno preko roba. Res je, da je na eni strani nižji, a če tam nekdo leži na počivalniku je malo neugodno, da tam lezeš v bazen.

Pros:

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff! Lovely room, we were upgraded to an amazing, huge room. Very good breakfast. Excellent position. Nice swimming pool too!

Great hotel! Location, atmosphere and staff were excellent.
Pros:

Great location, staff, and atmosphere! There were some adorable kittens living outside which were a huge highlight too. Breakfast was also great! Staff were extremely helpful in planning excursions for us and even accommodated early breakfast on days we had to leave early.

Pros:

Super helpful and friendly staff, delicious and amazing breakfast, extremely clean and comfortable room with great view. We did not use the pool, however it looked lovely. Would definitely stay again!

Toller Aufenthalt, kleine Mankos.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas wenig und man kann sich nicht aussuchen was es gibt. Es wird einem ein Menü serviert. Die Schule nebenan ist morgens logischerweise etwas laut, aber abends ist es ruhig in der Gegend.

THE BEST!!!
Pros:

This was easily the best place we stayed at on our whole trip through multiple countries. Friendly helpful staff, amazing amenities, and just overall a beautiful place to stay. We would come back to Chiang Mai just to stay here.

Cons:

I wish there was something constructive I could put here but there is nothing. It was wonderful.

Lage und Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel Nine und besonders Rada die sich um alles top gekümmert hat war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das wechselnde Frühstück war für uns auch tip top da es auch immer eine Alternative gab. Eine gute Lage um Chiang Mai zu entdecken wir waren rundum zufrieden. Nicht zu vergessen der zwar überschaubare aber schöne Pool und die top Dachterasse wo wir täglich genossen

Couldn’t believe how engaging the staff was! So friendly and the room was very modern and stylish!

Our safe never opened. So what?!

I asked to have our minibar restocked. They have beverages available downstairs so really no harm no foul!
