Great view and a lot of space
Pros:

It was a decent sized space. Location was good and the view of the two towers was pretty cool!

Cons:

It took me forever with two big suitcases to find the place! There was a lot of construction noise due to repairs on the towers. Not enough information prior to arrival or on arrival. I was expecting a host or check in counter. The access to the apartment is very dark and as a solo traveller I didn’t feel overly safe coming back once dark. That being said… you do have to enter your code 3-4 times to get into your apartment.

Lovely!
Pros:

We slept really well as a family of 4 in the 2 rooms apartment! It was as spacious as we wanted it, super clean and had everything we wanted. We will visit again!

Cons:

I felt that the couch in the living room wasn’t clean enough :(

Brilliant place. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Pros:

The location was great. 2 showers was a bonus. Everything was immaculate and all white goods were there. We only stayed 2 nights but would be ideal if staying a little longer and you wanted to 'eat in' some evenings. Air con was excellent and was a must have. Would definitely stay again.

Posto centralissimo e confortevole, moderno e completo.

Cons:

Potrebbe migliorare ancora in due aspetti: 1) la flessibilità dello staff, che ha risposto di no a praticamente qualunque richiesta (anche solo di tenere la valigia per qualche ora dopo il check-out, un servizio che un posto che si definisce "luxury" potrebbe garantire): 2) l'assenza di qualunque forma di courtesy kit, da qualche cialda per il caffè o a un paio di bottigliette d'acqua. Anche in questo caso è stata una delusione, visto il costo molto alto del soggiorno.

Per il resto ok.

Weekend in Bologna
Pros:

The location of the apartment is excellent. The accommodation was also organized. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

Cons:

The staff doesn't know English. I rang the doorbell 30 minutes before the apartment's check-out time and nervously speaking in Italian pointed to the clock.

Fantastisch locatie, midden in centrum, als je er alleen slaapt erg goed!
Pros:

Locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum in een prachtig gebouw.
Badkamer was niet echt fris, jacuzzi aan de ene kant kapot.
Eetkamerstoelen zitten slecht en verder geen stoelen, alleen een bank. Omdat we veel buiten waren geen probleem. Echter geen appartement om
in binnen te verblijven.

Bad en netheid badkamers.

Pros:

Great location, bedding was comfortable, air conditioning was great with current heat wave, and block out shutters were perfect for my son's daytime nap. Staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything.

Cons:

Room was very small, no room for luggage. Had to put them in corridor. Wifi didn't work, had to sit in corridor between rooms to use. Password provided for wifi was misspelled but if you used QR code, then it worked. Process for entry was challenging, even despite video provided.
