Excellent overall
Pros:

Nice large apartment with stunning views of the two leaning towers. Very clean overall well appointed
We did not try to cook. But we use the washing machine, which was great great and helpful. Towel change on day 2 was great.

Toller Kurzurlaub an fantastischer Lage
Pros:

Das Appartement war modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem und die Lage hervorragend.
Direkt vor der Haustür ein tolles Kaffee mit leckeren Sachen und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Schade das man das Gepäck nicht deponieren konnte. So mussten wir bis am Nachmittag mit unseren Koffern herumlaufen.

Für Lärmempfindliche Mensche könnte der Nachtlärm störend sein. Für uns war das aber kein Problem.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top und ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Kaum Abstellfläche im kleinen Badezimmer. Dusche wird zu schlecht geputzt, die Fugen haben viel Schimmel. Düster, schlechtes Licht im Bad. Im Haus ist es sehr ringhörig.

Pulita e in ordine. Abbastanza attrezzata. Facile da trovare

Cons:

Bisogna stare molto attenti con la doccia per non far bagnare il pavimento. La notte faceva freddo e i termosifoni non erano in funzione.

Bologna sempre stupenda! Soggiorno piacevolissimo
Pros:

La posizione è impagabile: pieno centro, comodissimo per spostamenti a piedi. La struttura è situata in una galleria signorile, molto suggestiva e pulitissima. L'appartamento era anch'esso pulitissimo, altrettanto tutte le dotazioni. Arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort (stoviglie, elettrodomestici, cuscini aggiuntivi, kit di cortesia). Abbiamo avuto un problema con uno dei televisori presenti nell'appartamento (ce n'era addirittura uno in ogni stanza!) e, su segnalazione, lo staff è intervenuto immediatamente (nonostante fosse domenica) per risolvere il problema.
Anche le istruzioni di accesso sono state chiare e puntuali. Rapporto qualità prezzo: buono

Cons:

Non lo consiglierei per 5 ospiti perché, nonostante la presenza del quinto posto letto, rappresentato da un divano letto situato nel soggiorno, una volta aperto non ci si muove più comodamente all'interno dell'appartamento.
La nostra prenotazione era appunto per 5 persone ma, alla fine, uno dei miei compagni di viaggio è venuto meno, motivo per cui non abbiamo più avuto bisogno del divano letto. Tuttavia mi sono immaginata in quell'appartamento in 5 e, probabilmente, il mio soggiorno non sarebbe stato altrettanto piacevole.
Nota stonata, considerata la pulizia generale dell'appartamento e dei bagni, arredati anch'essi con gusto, è stata la condizione trascurata della doccia (presenza di muffa tra le fughe del rivestimento a parete e negli angoli), della vasca idromassaggio (sulle cui bocchette erano presenti evidenti tracce di calcare e rabberciamenti con silicone lungo il profilo) e delle fughe del pavimento del bagno con doccia (anche in questo caso annerite e con tracce di muffa).
Piccoli dettagli che, non hanno certo inficiato il giudizio complessivamente positivo dell'appartamento (senza i quali, però, avrei dato un "ottimo"), ma richiederebbero sicuramente più cura e attenzione in quanto non in linea con il resto dell'appartamento.
Il mio letto non era comodissimo: il materasso era veramente duro ma tollerabile per un soggiorno breve. Oltretutto il giudizio è assolutamente soggettivo considerando che un altro ospite ha apprezzato la "rigidità" del materasso.

Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment
Pros:

Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, a spacious apartment in the most perfect location for exploring Bologna old town. The apartment is fully equipped with iron, coffee machine, dish washer and washing machine. We stayed here with our one year old baby and the team provided a cot for her. Amazing views from the balcony and lots of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes around.
