Great apartment hotel with good size rooms for Tokyo, perfect for a family. We had no issues with check-in and when we accidentally left our iPad, the hotel was very quick in responding to us and getting it back safely

Comfortable last couple of days in Tokyo before flying home
Pros:

Good location near to metro stations and walkable to Ueno eating and shopping district
Decent laundry facility with dedicated tumble dryers
Spacious lobby
Lawson around the corner

Cons:

Lack of bowls in our kitchenette
Our room entrance and kitchen area smelled of seafood/crabs
The air outlet in one of the bedrooms was a bit loud
Reception staff not as visible compared to other Minn hotels we stayed at on this trip, for the amount of money we paid I would have expected in-person hotel staff to hotel staff to help us check-in at peak time of 3pm

The room was fantastic, very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great-sized bathroom.It was also lovely to have a balcony and be able to enjoy some fresh air.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid per night. The wrap was clearly microwaved, chewy, and very poor quality. For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast experience fell well below expectations.

Great hotel for families
Pros:

Family room was quite large, good beds, fantastic shower, clean facility, laundry room, luggage storage room. They empty your trash if you ask. Wifi works well, location is great.

Cons:

Watch your head when you sit up in bed if it has a loft bed up top!
