Stanza al piano terra umida, tanto che le lenzuola erano altrettanto umide. Cattivo odore che usciva dai chiusini del bagno. Durante un giornata di pioggia scendeva acqua dal soffitto della doccia. Insetti morti sul pavimento. Aria condizionata assente. Era presente un demidifucatore troppo piccolo. Direi che è stata una esperienza pessima. Ottima la posizione, buona la colazione.
We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient, and having a place to park our car was especially important for us. At the same time, the hotel is in a fairly quiet area, which we really appreciated.
One of the highlights is the huge rooftop terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding area. Breakfast is also served there, which makes the mornings even more enjoyable.
The breakfasts were very filling, with a good variety of food and plenty to choose from.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Cappadocia.
La ubicación era perfecta, muy céntrica pero apartada de todo el ruido, por lo que era un lugar súper tranquilo pero a 2 pasos del centro. Tenía una terraza con unas vistas preciosas y el personal era súper amable y atento.

The hotel is centrally located, about a 6 minute walk into Göreme centre, with restaurants, shops and the bus station all within easy walking distance, but far enough away to avoid the noise. It was also a great base for hiking. I hiked to Uçhisar via Pigeon Valley, and on another day hiked to Çavuşin via Rose and Red Valleys without a guide, then took a 10 minute taxi back to Göreme.
The decor is beautiful, with intricate wooden carved ceilings, doors and furnishings.
The rooftop was handy for seeing the balloons on my first morning while I was getting my bearings, although there are better public viewpoints nearby.
The hotel and spacious room were clean and comfortable.
WiFi worked well inside but lost connection on the terrace. Great having drinking water available and a refrigerator in the room was particularly appreciated during my four day stay, with temperatures reaching 28°C+.
I thought the breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the variety and how vegetable focused and the homemade dishes like the stuffed courgette flowers and orzo salad.
It’s a family run hotel, and Faith’s parents were particularly sweet and welcoming, greeting guests and committed to maintaining breakfast supplies. The atmosphere is very relaxed. There isn't someone sitting at reception constantly, and the family are easily reached via WhatsApp. This wasn't a problem for me, but is worth knowing if you are expecting a traditional 24hour reception service.
Faith was also helpful in arranging the shuttle bus to and from Kayseri Airport. It was €10 each way, payable in cash in either euros or Turkish lira.
The only issue I had was with the return airport shuttle which was organised via the hotel. I had specifically requested to arrive at Kayseri Airport by 15:30 at the latest. The shuttle was scheduled to leave at 14:40, with the journey expected to take around 1 hour.
In reality, I arrived at 16:10. The journey included a toilet stop for another passenger, a petrol stop, some traffic which left things much tighter than I had anticipated. I was ultimately only around 40 minutes from my flight's gate closing time, which made me quite uncomfortable.
I had planned the airport shuttle through the hotel throughout my stay, so by the time I had the departure time confirmed and realised how tight things were, I couldn't realistically switch to a taxi. Next time, I would request a much earlier shuttle to allow plenty of contingency, or arrange a taxi from Göreme.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend the hotel as a beautiful, comfortable and relaxed base for exploring Cappadocia.

O facto de ser dirigido por família e serem cuidadosos com os seus hóspedes. Boa localização para quem gosta de sossego e não estar na confusão, mas continuando a ter uma vista incrível. E o hotel é muito bonito por fora e por dentro.

An ideal place to explore Cappadocia and watch the hot-air balloons, with wonderful views in every direction. There’s space to park and a separate entrance from the street. It’s easy to get around from the hotel, and you can also head out exploring on foot.
The reception staff were very kind, but the elderly owners made our stay particularly special. They live in a smaller house right next door, alongside their vegetable garden. They were warm, hardworking, chatty and caring, and served us generous breakfasts.
The courtyard is lovely, with a lawn, a grapevine-covered gazebo and ripe plums—we picked them straight from our balcony! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Very stylish hotel with carpets and some other old things, like a small museum. Very quite inside during the day!
Nothing we would really describe as a negative. The only thing we weren’t used to was the call to prayer from a nearby minaret at around 4 a.m. We see it as part of the local culture to respect, but it’s worth knowing about if you’re a light sleeper.

We had an excellent stay! The location is absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Fatih and his sister for taking such great care of us and making us feel so welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Есть своя парковка. Отличный вид с крыши на воздушные шары. Хороший, разнообразный завтрак. Недаеко от центра.
Номера самые обычные, без изысков. Чисто, но очень просто. Ожидал большего от этого номера по фотографиям, на пару ночей нормально но не больше. Темновато в номере, не хватает освещения. Холодильник шумит, пришлось выключить.
Just location was good
For example, the older gentleman working in the restaurant during breakfast was not friendly at all. Also, there are usually only around four, five, or six people having breakfast, so I really don’t understand why the omelets and fried eggs are prepared in advance and left there until they are no longer fresh or enjoyable to eat, when a fresh omelet or fried egg could easily be prepared for a guest within five minutes.
Another thing that surprised me was that there was no kaymak, which is usually very common and well known in Turkish breakfasts. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience, especially because the staff in that area were not friendly or welcoming.
