Séjour confortable et décontracté.
Pros:

Le matelas était confortable.
La design épuré et moderne de la chambre, la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner à la carte du restaurant est préparé en cuisine et il est délicieux.
La piscine chauffée est appréciable lorsque le temps est couvert.

Le personnel est très serviable et d'une gentillesse remarquable.
Ce fût un séjour trop court car nous avions réservé en dernière minute mais l'expérience a été très positive.

Cons:

Pas de connexion Netflix ou YouTube. Il y avait tout de même deux chaînes pour les enfants.
La chambre était peut-être un peu petite pour nous.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. Comfy bed
Pros:

Lovely staff, nice clean rooms. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Free beers and drinks mid afternoon. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Location is right by a nightclub that goes on until 3am and the rooms are not soundproof so that kept us up most of the nights we stayed here.

Walls between rooms were seriously thin so you could hear everything next door.

Héérlijke uitvalsbasis voor Chiang Mai en omgeving!
Pros:

Wat een fijne plek was dit om te verblijven. Het personeel doet echt haar best om het verschil te maken en de kamers zijn luxe en comfortabel. Daarnaast zit je bijna direct naast een 7/11 voor de noodzakelijke boodschappen en loop je zo de stad in. Als ontbijttip Da’s breakfast (bruggetje over, schuin de straat in 50 meter links), geweldige host en echt lekker ontbijt.

Superb non corporate hotel with exceptional service and hospitality.
Pros:

The location is great for exploring Chiang Mai it really is a little gem of a hotel and every member of staff has been exceptional and it is them that make the real difference.
From Charlie on reception and organising tours to Nun, Emily and Bill who provide great personal service during Breakfast and lunch.
Jimmy is a great host and the free bar every afternoon (2.30 to 5pm) is a real bonus and a chance to meet other guests from all corners of the world.
We upgraded our room for the longer stay and our room gave us a great space / comfort and was spotlessly cleaned every day.
We booked because of other reviews and they were absolutely correct.
Great hotel, housekeeping and hospitality from the team.

Todo bien, un hotel bonito y cómodo para estar. Ubicación genial y personal mejor.
Pros:

El personal es lo mejor. El desayuno está bien aunque he probado mejores (el de bangkok por ejemplo). Pero en general todo bien. La ubicación es perfecta.

Las fotos parecen mejor de lo que es aunque no quiere decir que esté mal, si no que aparenta un poco más

Cozy and clean.
Pros:

They upgraded my room to a balcony suite, and I absolutely love it! It’s a small open space that we can enjoy the inner garden view, it’s much quieter while we sleep.

Cons:

The gate area is unsafe for us to board the car because there’s no parking space for the grab car.

Muy bonito, con encanto. Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito y con encanto. Personal muy amable, me ayudaron en todo momento con mis dudas. El desayuno no era increíble pero estaba bueno, cambiaban la carta todos los días.
Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas y limpias. Volvería sin dudar. No fue perfecto pero casi.

Cons:

Hubo algunas cosas q no me gustaron pero q tampoco me importaron mucho:
La puerta de la terraza no se abría ( tampoco era una terraza como tal).
Desde la recepción hasta la habitación tienes q salir al aire libre.. con maletas y lloviendo cuando nos íbamos fue bastante incómodo, pero es parte de la decoración y arquitectura del hotel...
Por último...el agua de la piscina estaba demasiado caliente ...
