The rooms were good size and location was good as well with so many restaurants nearby however, they're all extremely pricey so please don't fall into the tourist trap and shop around for better food prices. Also, it's a bit steep for parents with pushchairs or younger kids. We have 2 boys (5 and 2) so it was an uphill (pun intended!) battle for us everyday to take their pushchair to the nearby places and tram station. If you're not a fan of uphill walk to nearby attractions and shopping areas, please book your hotel closer to the main road or tram stations.
When we arrived at the hotel, one of the rooms had a broken air con so when we spoke with the staff member on site, he promptly changed the room but it was in the next door building. It was a family holiday so we booked two rooms thinking they would be closer to each other but weren't expecting to be thrown into a room in the next door building. The hotel management did not inform us in advance about the broken air con before we arrived there which is extremely unprofessional and spoiled the family holiday experience.
The new room no. 101 had some very loose floorboards which made it quite difficult to walk around especially near the single bed. When we asked the staff, they told us it was the owners who did not get the floor fixed. My message to the owner is to show some professionalism and have hotel rooms in a condition to match the Booking.com listings and pictures.
The family member staying in the other room told us that her bathroom wasn't cleaned properly as there was mould in various spots in the bathroom.
The only positive thing was that both staff members were quite helpful in otherwise a forgettable experience.
Worst experience ever ! Wrong location given and not matched with pictures.Booking .Com didn't refund anything ! I had the worst nightmare staying there.

Wygodne łóżko, czajnik i lodówka, klimatyzacja.
Trochę brudny prysznic.
Nagyon koszos volt a szoba. Az ágy egy kifeküdt matrac volt ami nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A szobában nem lehetett lekapcsolni a villanyt!!!! Úgy kellett este aludnom hogy égett a lámpa- egysuerűen nevetséges. A fürdőszoba nem volt kitakarítva, amikor zuhanyoztam volna a zuhanyróusából a vízkő miatt alig csordogált a víz!!! Próbáltam átálítani a kézbe vehető zuhanyra de nem működött!. Mint kiderült mivel a barátommal együtt szálltunk meg itt, őt meglopták ( de őt nagy vitatkozások után amikor másnap végre kijött a rendőrség kártalanították) ekkor derült ki hogy olyan alkalmazottjai vannak a tulajdonosnak akik hivatalosan nem dolgoznak ott!!! Hiába jeleztem a problémám nem lett megoldva!!! Kártérítést követelek mivel nem a meghírdetett szolgáltatást kaptam! Persze a Bookingon gondolom még a régi képek szerepelnek de azóta igen sokat romlott a helyzet. Kártérítést szeretnék hiszen pihenni mentem nem szenvedni!!!!

The room was very dirty and poorly maintained. There was not enough space for my family and children. The mattress was broken, uncomfortable, and in very poor condition. The shower was dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the room did not match the expected standard and made our stay very unpleasant.”
When I booked it recommend space for my two kids and my self but when I arrive it was only space for me and my wife. I tool then why they said it’s only booked standerd room but even thought it said space for my kids.
I asked for refund they refused. No recommend
