Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort

It's hard to put into words just how outstanding Tranquility Beach is. The property surpasses expectations. Sits directly on the beach. Our specific unit was on the 2nd floor, beachfront (nothing to obscure to view), hot tub on the (very large) balcony. The staff is truly outstanding. They knew our names immediately and anticipated almost any question we had. Never did we encounter an issue. Very nice, very professional, very real. Of course, the location dead center of Meads Bay Beach is perfect. Anguilla is always marvelous. The discovery of Tanquility Beach has made it even more so. It's perfect. We will definitely be back.

Amazing boutique hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms that include everything you need, from a Fully stocked kitchenette to an in room washer and dryer and even a water filling station. Welcome drinks and a bottle of wine, and reusable water bottles and beach bags along with a tour of the property all presented at check in!

This was our second trip to Tranquility Beach, and it was as amazing as the first time. Sam and the team at the resort offer the perfect amount of attention, service and conversation, while allowing my wife and I time to fully decompress and escape the world. The resort still feels brand new and luxurious, and provides all the amenities we would every need. With the absolute best beaches in the Caribbean right outside our door, and a wonderful array of restaurants an easy walk up and down the beach, everything was just lovely. We love the laid back vibe in Anguilla, and the new AXA airport on the island makes it so much easier to get there. Already plotting our next escape!

My husband and I just returned from Tranquility Beach and we can’t say enough wonderful things about this accommodation. We have stayed at high end hotels— from Four Seasons and the Shangri la to Sandals—and by far, Tranquility now ranks as our favourite.

The condo-style room was immaculate when we arrived. It was bright, spacious, and the decor was coastal elegant. Let’s not forget that amazing beach view if you stay in one of the beach front rooms. The bed was comfortable, water pressure great, and the complimentary champagne, beach bag and water bottles, along with a delivery of pastries one morning, were such nice touches.

The staff- just wow! They are simply the nicest staff we have encountered. The concierge team went well above and beyond for us— answering any questions we had as it related to restaurants, etc. They will happily arrange taxi services, reservations, etc, for you. If you would like your refrigerator socked with groceries before you arrive, they can also arrange that too. A special shout out to Ahjernique, Abiel, Kemeisha, and anyone else we missed— you are amazing at what you do, and it was deeply appreciated

Did I mention there is also beach service? When you usually book a condo or an Air B&B, that doesn’t happen, but here, it does! There are friendly staff each morning that set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you. They are friendly and attentive. You can purchase tasty cocktails, coladas, etc. that are absolutely fantastic. Staff like Sam—who is such a cool
guy even made me a special drink that he had to make in stages in order for it “to be perfect.” This man’s drinks are carefully crafted (see the attached picture for reference).

Meads Bay, where Tranquility is located, is a beautiful stretch of beach without the seaweed. We like the location of Tranquility (in the middle of the beach) because it was quieter than down by The Four Seasons or the Malliouhana. We were in the ocean for long stretches of time daily. Towels are provided by Tranquility, so no need to bring beach towels. There are numerous places to eat on that stretch of beach that are within convenient walking distance. You could also rent a Moke— with the rental facility for that just up the road. There is also a grocery store that is in close proximity to Tranquility as well.

My husband and I took a cab to a few spots like Ken’s bbq and Sharky’s. Thanks to Tranquility for introducing us to Delvan, our taxi driver. He was so sweet and was very knowledgeable about good places to eat and what to see in Anguilla. Definitely see if you can arrange a cab with him as your driver.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which we appreciated. This was our first visit to Anguilla, but we have already decided this will be a place we return to in the near future, as it checked all the boxes for us. It is a safe island full of some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met and the food (I could go on forever about how the restaurants exceeded our expectations) was exceptional. If you are the type of couple or people who want a relaxed vibe where you know you will be taken care of, this is your place to go—hands down.

We had a great time at Tranquility! The place was super clean, modern and well designed. The beach is stunning and the staff was very helpful with a dedicated chat for each guest to respond to any request in a very timely manner. The place is also very close to great restaurants and each room has a beautiful hot tub.

Tranquillity was amazing. Such a beautiful property and so close to everything. We rented a moke only one day just to cruise the island. So many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff was amazing definitely give gold star service. Cant wait to come back.

We booked 8 months ahead of our vacation in preparation for our 30 year anniversary. Anguilla was our “dream vacation destination bucket list”. Excited was an understatement. We chose Tranquility for its beauty, quiet location, the beach and of course the many positive vibes about this location. We were greeted by D’Shon w/cold towels and a complimentary ginger drink that was so refreshing. Our room was under AC repair which happens so we didn’t start with our original beachfront condo but they quickly repaired it and had us moved with little inconvenience. They made our anniversary so special with a complimentary bottle of wine and a beautiful fruit plate. The morning included an amazing plate of complimentary pastries. The beach was WOW!! Very few people, no beach vendors and picture perfect. We were there to relax and this place delivered beyond the best rating we can give. The rooms spacious, beautiful and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Complimentary beach bags, beach tumbler, filtered water, sunscreen and chilled water was available at the beach every day. Although they have no restaurants, that was never an issue as you could walk easily to a multitude of amazing restaurants each day located on either side of us. We were excited to enjoy a new one every day and had no bad experiences at any of them. Anguillans in our many years of traveling are the absolute BEST in hospitality, we were blown away at the amazing effort they put in to make sure your stay meets your every need. As with previous reviews, Sam, D’Shon, and Elvin deserve a gold star in beach service amongst other responsibilities. These guys go above and beyond to serve, and all service with the most beautiful smiles and warm conversation. They make you feel important and special. We communicated effectively with staff through WhatsApp and when you have questions, need a cab, airport transfer, medical concerns or room service they are on it quickly and promptly. We know those ladies although not seen also deserve a gold star. You want for nothing here. Just can’t say enough about this place and we will be back. A special thank you to property manager Deanna, she was present and supportive with the day to day operations of this property, making certain all needs were met. Thank you all for an amazing one of a kind experience, you are the best!!

We have stayed in Anguilla numerous times mostly staying on the East End. We decided to stay on the West End for a change and delighted we chose Tranquility. This condo style resort wants their guest to be happy and they certainly succeed. We stayed in an ocean front ground level unit so just walked out to our beach loungers/ umbrellas and that gorgeous swath of Meads Bay Blue. The units are modern - beach chic, large, and super clean. They have thought of providing every amenity. There is even a washer/dryer. Our first morning we received complimentary pastries from our favorite Village Bake House and then we could order pastries daily if we wished. Loved the beach service. The beach butlers - Elvin, D’Shon and Sam - took great care of us. The smoothies and popsicles offered during the afternoon a nice touch. Concierges Kemeisha, Abiel and Ahjernique were super friendly, helpful and professional. A bonus was that we were just a short walk to our favorite Anguilla restaurant, Jacala. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for next year!

My husband and I had the best beach vacation at Tranquility Beach Resort on Meads Bay Beach, Anguilla! Deanna and her team are the absolute best at hospitality and customer service. We were welcomed with amazing ginger mojitos, a bottle of wine and complimentary pastries the first breakfast. Wow! The resort is right on the beach. That beach and ocean were the best we've ever swam in. The water is crystal clear and warm.

Our apartment was in the middle building, ground floor and was beautiful. It had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. All impeccably designed. There is a hot tub on the porch. We were so close to the beach, it didn't matter that we didn't have an oceanfront view. The resort has lovely loungers with cushions and umbrellas. Sam makes amazing drinks at the beachfront! They provide complimentary sunscreen, bug spray, water and towels. Simply the best!

The concierge team helped us make restaurant reservations which was super helpful. We loved Tranquility Beach Resort and hope to return again!

An incredible place on one of the most beautiful beaches in Anguilla, with crystal-clear blue water and stunning sunsets. The apartments are modern, comfortable, and very well equipped. One of the best aspects of the stay is the staff’s exceptional attention and warmth; everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The location, the amenities, and the staff here can not be beat! Every time we come back to Tranquility we feel like family. You have all the amenities of a large resort without the crowd, and your view every morning is of Meads Bay. Even on a bad weather day, it's still beautiful, and the team at Tranquility go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable.
