Personál byl moc milý.

Cons:

Co se týče lokality,přišlo mi ubytování velmi drahé za jednu noc . Dražší než v centru města či v Praze za pobyt a
to je co říci .

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr liebes Team …:)tolles Frühstück für alle was dabei!!
Tolle Lage gerade auch mit Kindern und Hund in der Natur . Es wurde gerade etwas renoviert wir sind gespannt

Cons:

Der Badebereich war nicht so zu empfehlen aber denke wird auch bald gemacht

Essen war sehr lecker

Cons:

Parkplatzgebühr konnt nicht auf eine Rechnung mit Übernachtung geschrieben werden, wurde Restaurantrechnung angerechnet.
Bad hat kaum Ablagefläche
Ein Schaden am Türrahmen im Bad wurde mit Klebeband abgedeckt.
Es gab keinen Schreibtisch

Cons:

Wellness bylo v rekonstrukci a nebyli jsme predem informovani. Ocekaval bych, ze cena bude toto zohlednovat.

Outdoor hry aj moznost hrat splocenske hry v restauracnych prieatoroch, kusok sa nachadza hrad - skvele miesto aj na pobyt s malym dietatom. Velmi nam aj chutilo.

Good place that we overpaid
Pros:

Good kitchen, not amazing, but good. Staff is very friendly, breakfast are great and you get a good bed. What else do you need?

Cons:

They raised prices because there was festival nearby that we visited, which is understandable, but also a rip off.
Also the spa is not a spa, it seriously sucks.

Pros:

Vše proběhlo naprosto v pořádku. Personál ochotný a milý. Večeře vynikající a snídani byly naprosto výjimečné. Přestože probíhají rekonstrukce a modernizace v hotelu a okolí, nijak zvlášť nás to neomezila a hluk nás neobtěžoval. Máme v plánu se vrátit v září.

Beautiful area and nice hotel, but our room was bad.
Pros:

Location and view, the room was Ok

Cons:

The room had a small service elevator which lit up all night, disturbed ability to sleep.
The bathroom smelled bad especially at night when we could not open the window, and it spread to the room.

Hotel se nachází v krásném prostředí, obklopený lesy, bezprostředně u zříceniny hradu Hasištejn. Některé části by potřeb

Záloha na služby 2000, ze které bude údajně odečtena útrata. Nakonec jsem útratu platil zvlášť a zálohu mám stále v blokaci na účtu.
