The friendliest staff ever, from the Spa to the Hotel reception including the restaurant. They made us feel so comfortable and important.

My stay was therapeautic and refreshing. Cherise is the lady there and her service was beyond WOW

The breakfast was ok, although not your usual buffet. Restaurant is beautiful and so is the service

Incredible boutique hotel and restaurant. Perfect for a relaxed getaway or event.
Pros:

Charming venue with excellent amenities and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Whether it was the receptionists, restaurant workers, or cleaners, everyone was continuously going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Cons:

Not the most easily reachable location. Was struggling to get an Uber into town in the evening.

Pros:

Loved the view, food, venue and staff. Great place to stay. Thank you

Cons:

Our Television did not work but we received a complimentary wine for the inconvenience. They were also willing to move us to a different room but we declined. Therefore, no harm done.

Pros:

I have stayed at Feather Hill a few times and every time is a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Luthando (the waiter at the Restaurant) was particularly friendly and offered great service and overall the stay was more than pleasant.
