Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Beethoven Sinfonie war einfach perfekt. Das gesamte Personal und besonders der Hotelchef waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise haben sie alles getan, damit wir uns wohlfühlen.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Hotelchef, der persönlich eine Geburtstagstorte für unsere Zwillinge organisiert hat. Er hat sogar die Dachterrasse extra für uns geöffnet, damit wir dort Fotos machen und den Geburtstag feiern konnten. Das war eine wunderschöne Überraschung und bleibt für uns unvergesslich.
Die Sauberkeit wird in diesem Hotel wirklich großgeschrieben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt und das Zimmer war immer perfekt gereinigt.
Unser Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Blick auf den Bosporus und das Viertel Laleli war einfach traumhaft. Auch der Empfangsbereich war sehr sauber und das Personal stets freundlich.
Das Frühstück gehört zu den besten, die wir je in einem Hotel erlebt haben. Große Auswahl, sehr frisch und jeden Tag gab es neue Speisen.
Lage ist top!

Einen wirklichen Kritikpunkt gibt es nicht. Lediglich eine empfehlung an Hotel bei den angebotenen Stadttouren sollte man vorsichtig sein beim prospekten zusenden. Wir wurden vorab über Nachrichten mit Prospekten kontaktiert, aber die tatsächlichen Touren und Zeiten vor Ort stimmten nicht mit den Angeboten überein. Deshalb sollte man sich vorher gut informieren wenn gebucht ist , dann alles zu ändern ist nicht schön. Nur richtige Prospekt an Gäste zusenden!
Clean and remodeled property, although one of my pillowcases was stained with something and had hairs on it. Very convenient location although a bit touristy. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The bellman Amran was amazing! Very friendly and kind. Additionally, overnight staff was outstanding! Very supportive and kind young gentlemen. Overall, I have a very positive experience with this property with some minor nuances
The road leading to the property was closed and my taxi driver was trapped and could not drop me off properly. We were stuck in a longer detour road in terrible traffic which took us about an hour to get there while we were 2 min away. While it’s not related directly to the property, but something to be mindful of for this location. Additionally, front office staff checking me in was a bit hard to follow due to language barrier. A slower pace of speech could be offered. Also, the this staff member did not speak about the property, did not offer spa services and did not introduce me to the area. I would’ve appreciated a more warm welcome and it felt like I had to beg for information myself.

Great location, impressive hospitality, Bosphorus breath taking views from 7th floor breakfast balcony, good WIFI coverage, variety of breakfast options, room and overall cleanness, comfy beds... Amazing front desk staff ready to help at any time, just to mention Bedrettin bey, Soffyie and Murat, but all Beethoven Senfoni employees should've been given credit for great work. We really enjoyed our four nights in this hotel and will be back for sure.

All the staff are excellent, very helpful and attentive to all your needs.
The breakfast was really good. Stayed 7 nights and every day there was a slight change to the food which was a pleasant surprise. We looked forward to individually cooked omelette each day. The views from the breakfast area is very nice overlooking the Bosphorus.
The room out the back of the hotel was very quiet, fantastic water view and the bed was large and extremely comfortable.
The position of the hotel is close to everything. The metro, the tram, lots of restaurants and all the attractions of Istanbul.
Take the steps up to the 8th floor, the view is amazing.
