В целом , аура отеля , входная группа хорошая . Месторасположение - считаю удачное . Море 5 мин пешком и рядом бесчисленное количество кафешек , массажных , и всего что можно придумать

Их тут много. Душ - это кошмар.Как бы ты аккуратно не принимал душ - посл, на полу лужа.Да-да,не брызги воды а лужа! Остановились тут на 16 ночей .(2 чел) .Ключ был выдан только один . В просьбе касательно второго-было отказано. Каждый день, клинигу оставлял 80-100к донгов чаевых .По факту , клининг оставлял желать лучшего.Я , намеренно оставлял эти чаевые на стеклянной полке которая была жутко пыльная, деньги конечно брали , а пыль то вытирать не надо ))
Такую экономию я нигде не видел .Вечером весь отель погружается в эконом режим и начинается "чесночный ужас".То есть , вечером они вырубают в лобби кондеры чтобы сэкономить и открывают входные двери чтобы люди не задохнулись.А при входе, есть ларёк и жарят всё и вся , с добавлением тонну чеснока.И этот запах доходит аж до лифтов.Ребятам на рецепшн откровенно на тебя наплевать.Практически ,игнорят даже когда даешь чаевые. То есть , с тобой вообще не хотят контактировать даже когда есть вопросы.Завтраки просто никакие.Заточено под китайско-корейского аудитории.Но,неужели не понимают что пол отеля , это так же ,люди из СНГ.Жалкие, отварные яйца они подавали через день .Из завтрака, мог съесть только йогурты и фрукты.Сделайте эти завтраки платные или по дороже.Но дайте нормальный ассортимент блюд.Ну и фрукты тоже конечно не всегда попадались.Найдешь маракуйю -удача.Нет, то , гуава ждет тебя. В 10:00 заканчивается завтрак.Могли бы сделать хотя бы до 10:30. В 09.50 уже девушка ходит с плакатом мол в 10:00 все заберем.Отношение такое себе.Шезлогнов очень мало у бассейна . Смотрящий там грубый дядя.Мужик типо контролирует количество полотенец.Не дай бог возмешь одну лишнюю , сразу замечание.Люди оставляют полотенца на шезах и отсутствуют и это никто не контролирует.А всего-то там 22-23 лежака.При чек-ауте 20 мин проверяли комнату и ву-аля нашли одну выпитую бутылку воды.Кстати,мини-бары не работают вообще.Короче , ни ногой туда в следующий раз.

작년에 이어 올해도 이용함. 위치 시설 리셉션 모두 좋음. 수영장에서 보는 야경도 좋고. 가족여행에는 이만한 숙소가 없겠죠!!

Breakfast was not good!

Cons:

Only 2 keys. Breakfast was not fresh or good- not enough heat for food. My son said milk tastes like spoiled. I like the noodle but here they don’t look presentable. Staffs don’t look happy in the breakfast floor. One lady gave stink eyes when my son accidentally spilled his overflow pho walking to his table. The elevators were hot. Room was hot when we arrived. Lobby was hot since they tried to save electricity. Our dirty little towel on the bed was put back in the bathroom. Not enough signs to let us know their rules of savings for electricity and cleaning.

Cons:

При заселении персонал не предупреждает, что в последний день минеральную воду, которую они ставят каждый день, нельзя использовать. За использованную воду приходится платить.

Отличный выбор в центре Нячанга
Pros:

Отличный отель в самом центре Нячанга. Чистый , аккуратный , прекрасный сервис. Никаких нареканий. Постояльцы русские , китайцы, корейцы. Бассейн на 40-м этаже с прекрасными видами. Можно делать отличное селфи. Завтраки с хорошим выбором.

Cons:

20 лежаков у бассейна на 40 этажей гостиницы явно маловато. Кофе на завтраке посредственный.

Regalia Gold Budget luxury
Pros:

The Regalia Gold is an opulent hotel at a budget price. Paid $47 a night for a spacious immaculately clean room. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was magnificent and the rooftop pool and bar outstanding. Location was close to beach and restaurants. Couldn't fault my stay.

Pros:

Great value for money, clean and modern hotel with a lovely and extensive breakfast. Fantastic rooftop pool with amazing views in the evening.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful most of the time, unorganised, careless with laundry and often tried to overcharge us for services.
