A wonderful luxury hotel with a unique ship-inspired design that looks absolutely stunning, especially at night when the entire property is beautifully illuminated. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar offer an excellent selection of food and drinks, and the spa provides a relaxing and refreshing experience.

A special thank you to Feli, the Front Office Associate, for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive to every detail, and made the check-in and overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Her friendly attitude and exceptional guest service truly enhanced our experience.

The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue regarding room selection, they upgraded me to the junior suite as compensation. Their team is proactive about matters.

Conveniently located for GIFT City, but the overall experience fell well below the standards expected of a Radisson property.

Good hotel to stay .The hotel look so good from outside it's look like ship even at the night also it look soo amazing and beautiful there restaurant bar is great .at least peole from outside they can have a drink .Food option are great .room are very clean .Spa is also soo soo big and food massage is great
