Cons:

There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the rooms. We booked a room with breakfast included, but it was not provided. I think the price is too high. Initially, we asked for rooms next to each other, but they were not provided. Only after endless negotiations did they give us two rooms next to each other. I am disappointed.

Excellent Hotel with Amazing Service
Pros:

I had the opportunity to stay at Le Méridien Batumi with my friends during our trip to Batumi, and I was very impressed with the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, with very clean and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping service was excellent — the room was cleaned every day and the bed linen and towels were changed regularly. My room had a beautiful panoramic view of the Black Sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome.

One thing I especially noticed was the atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby. You immediately feel a sense of luxury, comfort, and elegance, with a wonderful pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Le Méridien Batumi and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay in Batumi

Clear example when management fails to meet even Basic Hospitality Standards!
Cons:

I booked a two-night stay in a Superior Room with Park and Sea View, paying $965.24 for the reservation.
After checking in and entering my room on the 6th floor, I discovered that the hotel had recently installed several large industrial generators directly beneath the balcony. I was told by the staff that they had been there for about 10 days. The constant noise was clearly audible even with the balcony door closed, but the bigger issue was the strong smell of fuel and exhaust fumes, which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony or even properly ventilate the room(!)
The most disappointing part was the hotel's handling of the situation. Instead of providing an equivalent room, they moved me to a lower-category room with a city view, which was also noisy. I am still waiting for the refund of the room rate difference ($60 per night - SHAME!).
What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of follow-up. The next day, no one from the hotel contacted me to check whether the issue had been resolved or to discuss any possible solution. I had to call the front desk myself and ask them to take further action.
In the end, no meaningful gesture of goodwill was offered. I didn't even use the breakfast because the whole experience had ruined my stay, yet there was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience beyond a plate of fruit and sweets.
What I find completely unacceptable is that the hotel had apparently been aware of this issue, so when you pay nearly $1,000 for a two-night stay, you expect transparency and a hotel that takes responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I felt misled. The room I paid for simply did not exist in the condition that was advertised. Beyond the generator issue, there were also several cleanliness problems that I won't even go into, as the way this situation was handled already speak for irresponsible managment. If you're planning a trip to Batumi, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is excellent . The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom amenities. There were no toothbrushes, shower caps, or cotton swabs in the room, and we had to call housekeeping each time to request them. It would be much more convenient if these basic amenities were available in the room upon arrival or if guests were informed in advance that they could be requested.

Pretty poor babies for money.
Pros:

New very good hotel. Big rooms, aircon works perfectly. Well equipped bathroom with good toiletries.
Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant seem to be picked up from the street without any experience in hospitality industry. Most of them don’t where they are and what to. Had to order 3 times coffee and wait 25 minutes to get it. By the way coffee was perfect, no many hotels serve Illy.
