Mararena Family Apartments & Long Stay Living - Steps from 5th Avenue

Lo que es limpieza le faltaría un poquito más. En algunas cosas se notaba bastante. Lo que es el ascensor es bastante complicado, cuando llegamos no andaba, después lo arreglaron pero a veces cuando lo pedías no venía.

The pool is not very good. It's just somewhere you could dip into but freezing in February when visited. The apartment is not child safe. The front window is huge and opens all the way up so that any person could easily break thru the glass or fall right out of the window if open. We installed a little child lock so that children couldn't open the window at least. The table was all glass and also dangerous and there was a coffee table looking thing that was all glass as well. The kitchen plates and glasses were highly breakable and there are not many items in the kitchen but we were able to make due. Bring your own washcloths for the bathroom as they provide very few. Couch and chair in living room were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV wifi cut on and off very regularly limiting your ability to watch things on apps but that might have been a whole town issue and wasn't our main focus on our vacation. The power to the apartment cut out for a couple hours once but maintenance people were friendly and on site and it might have been turned off because they were looking at plumbing. The washing machine in the apartment did not function properly. It would run but left our clothes soaked and we spent our entire week trying to wash a load of clothes. The landlord said they'd check it out to fix when we left though. There's a laundromat nearby but they do not open at the time listed in the morning fyi. The elevator can not be relied on. It was broken most of the time. There are no staff on-site but the landlord or person to contact usually was responsive by text.

Solamente que no funcionaba el elevador y llevábamos adultos mayores

Mala atención... llegamos a playa del carmen y estuvimos avisando via WhatsApp desde 2 hs antes de llegar al departamento y no nos respondió nadie hasta que llegamos al departamento llegamos a pensar que era una estafa..hasta que nos atendio un personal de mantenimiento que tuvo que avisar y ahí recién pudimos entrar...no funcionaba el ascensor. No funcionaba la duchade agua caliente de un baño.... solicitamos pava para calentar agua...ni respuesta

Peccato i dettagli!

El ascensor está en pésimas condiciones, la ropa de cama y toallas manchadas y deterioradas, falta más atención, el agua tenía poca potencia y no calentaba.

Pocos utensillos de cocina, ruido de la calle, ascensor no llega a planta baja cuando ingresas

Very difficult to check-in
Elevated does not work and was on the 5th floor.
Power kept cutting out throughout day and night, very loud. Difficulty sleeping.
Do yourself a favor and do not come here. Find another place.

Nos tocó el apartamento 501, el último piso y el ascensor no funcionaba. Subimos y bajamos todo nuestro equipaje por escalera. Además nuestros dormitorios estaban al lado de los tanques de agua por lo que toda la noche hacen ruidos molestos. Y la comunicación para hacer el chek in desastrosa porque es por whatsapp (que no te avisan que es de esa forma), cuando llegas tenes un cartel y si mandas mensajes no te lo contestan. Demoramos más de una hora para poder entrar.

Estaba sucio en algunos sectores

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience.
I was very concerned to find cockroaches in the apartment, especially because I was worried they could get into my luggage. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and I had to use another bathroom just to be able to shower properly.
The kitchen utilities were also in bad condition. The pans were damaged and burned the eggs, and when I bought a small pan, the stove did not detect it, so I was unable to cook. In addition, the internet disconnected many times during our stay.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my children. There was also noise, and the curtains in the living room did not block the light well.
Unfortunately, this was not my best stay in Playa, and I will not be returning to this property.
I wanted to share this feedback so you are aware of these issues.
