The Westin Surabaya

Room was in the highest floor and same floor with Westin Lounge, bed was comfortable and lounge fnb was good and delicious. Magnolia breakfast was awesome, thanks for Vika, David and Karan were serve us very well and attentive for our needs. Will be back again in the future.

The western hotel surabaya is one of the best 5 Star hotel in surabaya. The hotel is so beautiful and all staff so gentle and humble. Mostly the Kidz club staff is very humble and professional. I really get the good experience.. it's highly recommend

We chose The Westin because it is conveniently located within the same complex as Pakuwon Mall. Initially, we booked a Standard Room for our family, but we decided to upgrade upon check-in. The check-in staff were very helpful, and the process was quick and efficient.

While waiting for our room to be prepared, we relaxed at the club lounge and enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Since we were traveling with our child, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a small tent in the room and also provided a coloring package, which our child really enjoyed.

With its beautiful views of Surabaya’s city skyline, our stay at The Westin was truly satisfying. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. All of the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us warmly, often adding a personal touch by addressing us by name.

One service that we have not experienced at other five-star hotels is that the restaurant offered guests the option to take away breakfast items to their room. This was extremely helpful for us as parents of a young child, since children sometimes want food from the restaurant after returning to the room.

Although this hotel primarily caters to business travelers, it is also an excellent choice for a family vacation. The hotel is very child-friendly, and its direct connection to Pakuwon Mall—one of the most comprehensive shopping malls in the city—makes it even more convenient for families.

A stay at The Westin Surabaya was excellent from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well prepared, and every part of the hotel felt well managed. Service across all areas was consistent and professional, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The Westin Club Lounge was a highlight, with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Evanthio for the smooth checkout and to Enrico for great service during dinner. They even helped with Grab arrangements and reminded us about small fees, going the extra mile in a way that really stood out. Thank you to the whole team, and apologies for the late review.

The Westin Hotel was elegant, comfortable, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Mr. Filip from the concierge team for his outstanding assistance. He was very professional, helpful, and attentive, making my stay much more convenient and enjoyable.

the The hotel was very comfortable, and the location was extremely strategic, right above a shopping mall, so there was no need to leave the building to go shopping.

The breakfast was very complete, offering Indonesian, Chinese, and Western menus. Everything was delicious and tasted amazing. The service was excellent and very friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Karan for serving me so well and with great kindness. Thank you as well to all the staff, from the receptionists, housekeeping team, the bellgirl (sorry if I forgot her name), and Coach Endang who guided me during yoga 😃.

Overall, everything was excellent, and this would definitely be a place I would return to whenever I visit Surabaya 😃🫰

Stayed for 3 nights on club level, room small by Westin /Ritz Carlton standard but the warm hospitality and excellent service of staff at the exit/ entrance from hotel to Pakuwon/PTC mall, Magnolia restaurant and club lounge staff made my stay so welcoming and enjoyable. Special thanks to Evanthio, Enrico, chefs /service staff at the lounge/ coffee house for going above and beyond the service standard of other luxury hotels for their professionalism. Thank you team for the exceptional service 🌹.

this is the 2nd time i am staying in Westin hotel Pakuwon surabaya, as always, very excellent services from all hotel staff, starting from door man, security, concierge, receptionist, room boy, stewards, food handler, Chefs , duty-manager. Clean and convenient room, good gym and pool, strategic location near mall and food store, easy to get taxy etc. specially thanks for freddy and Ilham , from room service. Karan and Chef Patrick from restaurant during breakfast , i really enjoy staying in this hotel and this will be my priority hotel during visit to surabaya

Good stuff, good room, good atmosphere

Such a great hotel. Great location being directly connected to a large mall with lots of food options and very easy to get a Grab to take you round Surabaya. It is about 40-50mins from the airport but its easy to get a Grab in both directions. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious. It represents the Marriott concept of a double decker hotel (2 separate hotels in one building) but it works perfectly, the guests of the Westin have access to the Four Points Sheraton pool but also have a private pool which guests of the Four Points Sheraton don’t have access to. If you book a Westin Club room, or have Marriott loyalty status, you have access to the club lounge on the 39th floor which serves breakfast, afternoon tea and sandwiches and the general Marriott evening cocktail service for cocktails, beers and wine from 5-8pm and multiple food options from 6-8pm……the staff in the Club lounge are amazing - if anyone needs training in customer service they should call these guys….they’ll show you how to deliver 5 star service

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Westin. Checking in was efficient and quick, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast at the Magnolia was superb, The crew at Magnolia was very attentive and courteous - Mas Sabri, Mbak Vika, Mas David, Chet Lutvi were just among the super team at Magnolia. Overall it was a great stay and would highly recommend the Westin if you're visiting Surabaya.
