Comfortable beds was the only good thing about this hotel.
Requested an hour early check in. Was not able to check in till actual check in and room still not ready. The first night, at 8 p.m., 10 kids under 24 started running the halls and it continued till midnight, made three calls to the front desk and to 911 bc you could hear them on all floors. It was so humid in the breakfast area that the paper plates from breakfast stuck to them and the tables still had stuck paper plates on them the next day. Breakfast items not kept filled, not cleaned. The guy in lobby mopping, out wet floor signs out after and we witnessed a guy fall getting into elevator. The front desk person who was so overweight, sat on a chair behind a computer, never got up to greet guests and check them in, and she was so unprofessionalally dressed; spanx biking pants, a t shirt and tennis shoes. We complained to her about all of this and her response was I'm sorry you feel this way. Tub drain didn't stay up, had to put the sink soap dish in it to hold up, TV remotes didn't work unless you stood right in front of the TV. Spend your money elsewhere this place is poorly managed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a call to corporate who did nothing.
The breakfast bar was ok! Considering this is not a 5 star hotel, the selection was adequate!
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional. Greetings as we entered the lobby and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay there again in the future!!
Honestly we didn't feel let down in any sense. We frequently travel and somewhat know what to expect according to demographics and the establishments rating. We were not disappointed at all!

Close to all the activities we were doing. Well maintained property and kids liked the pool.
The water pressure was really poor. There was some loud guests above us past quiet hours.

Also I ask when i booked if I can get in after 11:00 am because of having to be there over night for the hospital
The lady working didnt even try to get us in before 400 pm we sat in the parking lot for a couple of hours

They switched us to another room and that room was clean. The staff was nice and accommodating.
We got to the hotel; the first room they put us in smelled like chemicals and was not clean. Sheets were visible dirty. The chair had stains on it.

the coffee maker in the room did not work and there was no coffee in the lobby on the 6-30 your staff is very rude Not helpfull at The breakfast was the same and out of most stuff had to ask them to fill the pancake maker a couple of times no one knows whos job it is and ond lady was feeding her face and not looking after your guesses
