A little bit disappointed
Cons:

When we do the check out, the staff was not able to say if we have payed or not. We need to show on bookings (switch to english) that we pay.
Our Room was nosy with the neighborhood and not really possible to close the window.

Fair Accomodation
Pros:

Not an easy one to review. Most accomodations in Moshi are scattered and away from the small town centre but this is particularly on outskirts with relatively poor transport.  It is well known to all drivers etc.  and hotel staff can arrange taxi etc if needed. Building is nice and new but there is no Lift. Staff will carry your luggage to your room.  Rooms are average. They do provide a kettle. Equipment  in bathroom were a bit moody.  They have a bar and a  restaurant. Food was tasty and good portions.  

Overall  acceptable for a short stay but not much to explore around its immediate location.

For the price we paid I guess it was ok but it did not feel like a hotel more like a guest house

The price was ok for the accommodation. Although it was overrated. It felt more like a guest house than a hotel

Comfortable rooms offering Mountain views
Pros:

Really liked staying at this hotel. It was comfortable and offers you a peaceful night sleep. Had a room with a balcony and if not cloudy would offer a view of Kilimanjaro. The staff were polite and friendly and went out of their way to serve you and be there for you.
I especially liked talking to Gerald who was cheerful and friendly. The manager at the front desk was polite, respectful and a very decent person. There’s outdoor space and roof terrace with panoramic views.

Cons:

Food can be slow as made to order. Having customers pre-order and be in their rooms whilst food is being prepared could be an option and something I may ask for if returning.

Pros:

The flexible check-in time was practical/useful.

Cons:

the echoing reception hall with no windows was weird (i seemed to be the only guest checking in at a huge glass front); my ground floor room was loud from the kitchen staff preparing dinner.

It's a very good hotel by considering budget, cleanness, friendly staff.
Pros:

The atmosphere in the hotel is very good. The staff are great and friendly. They are supportive and kind. Managing excursions were reasonably good. I found very good friends and kind people who are working in the hotel. I recommend this hotel who wants to go to Kilimanjaro or Moshi.

Cons:

The location was a bit remote. I was expecting a closer location to the city.

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms clean and comfortable and excellent birds of kilmilmanjaro. Best to take cash, as card machine does not always work.
