Bellissima struttura, tutto perfetto
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e curata, modernissima, nel pieno centro e vicinissima a tutto. Lo staff incredibilmente gentile e accogliente. La colazione squisita (adorabile la macchina per fare i pancake). Sicuro ci ritorneremo.

Excelente escolha
Pros:

O cuidado na orientação para chegarmos no estacionamento do hotel. Foram várias mensagens e deu tudo certo, pois na frente do hotel é muito difícil achar vagas. A garagem é limpa, bem iluminada e as vagas de bom tamanho.
Os empregados são muito atenciosos em todos os setores, recepção, café e arrumadeiras.
A reforma ficou ótima e os quartos têm um bom tamanho. Tudo funciona bem e a ducha era ótima.
A localização é muito boa, em frente ao Danúbio e à Ponte Elisabeth.
Café da manhã muito bom, variado e farto. E tem café e água durante todo o dia na recepção.

Cons:

As toalhas de banho podem ser melhores, pois não estão à altura do hotel. As amenidades de banheiro deveriam ser supridas diariamente, como por exemplo toucas de banho.
Ficamos quatro noites e a roupa de cama não foi trocada.
A área do café deveria ser maior, pois é um pouco apertada.

Es war alles super, außer die Bettwäsche.

Cons:

Wonderful hotel, just ask for an interior room if you don't want road noise.
Pros:

Hotel was in good shape, clean and in a great location. Staff was wonderful, superb housekeeping. Water pressure was good, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We got a suite with a view of the Danube, which is what we requested. I'm a light sleeper and had requested a guiet room, but you aren't going to get a suite with a view of the Danube without road noise. You have approximately 5 lanes of traffic, and ongoing trams, between the hotel and the river. Road noise level is bad. They do have double pane windows, but doesn't stop the excessive noise. Per my request, they did set up the couch into a bed for me in the interior room, but I would caution anyone thinking of getting a suite to be aware of the road noise. The only thing I would mention would be combination tub/shower. The tub is high, which makes getting in and out of the tub/shower difficult and to me dangerous.
