Appartamento molto funzionale , buona insonorizzazione a finestre chiuse ed un buon impianto di aria condizionata. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Un po' piccolo, non molto luminoso e anche se si trova a due passi dal centro il vialone su cui si affaccia è molto trafficato e rumoroso: bisogna tenere le finestre sempre chiuse. L'impianto di condizionamento faceva rumori strani ad intermittenza. Una pecca grave è che non si trova praticamente parcheggio: quelli a pagamento sono cari e distanti; assolutamente sconsigliato a chi vuole recarsi lì in macchina.

Essendo un viaggio di piacere con bambini é stato provvidenziale avere questo appartamento.
Pros:

Appartamento luminoso, pulito e ben attrezzato. La posizione era super comoda e collegata benissimo con tutti i luoghi di Valencia che volevamo vedere. Segnalo anche che abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la chiave ed é stato prontamente risolto da remoto e questo significa che lo staff che gestisce gli appartamenti é ottimo.

Cons:

Il frigo aveva la porta che non si apriva agilmente.

Great location, very affordable and convenient, and I would stay there again.
Pros:

It was the perfect size for me and had a cute little kitchenette that made it feel homey. I really enjoyed the location and took the bus a few times and with a bus stop across the street, that was super helpful. I had a few interactions with the cleaning staff and they were all super helpful and friendly. I also really appreciated how quiet the building was. There is a laundromat next door, along with a supermarket, and I found both of those to be extremely convenient!

Cons:

There was an odor that never really went away that wasn't great. I smelled it in other parts of Valencia as well, so I don't think it was specific to my apartment, but it also wasn't in other parts of the apartment building either, so I don't really know what to think.

Great hosts, good value, clean and tidy with easy access to public transport
Pros:

Great location, easy to find and well equipped

Cons:

Couple of things need updating or some maintenance but overall a really good property. Close to the main road so if you’re noise sensitive take some ear plugs

Polecam każdemu ten lokal. Dobra lokalizacja i cena.
Pros:

Pokój i łazienka czyste. W pokoju było wszystko czego potrzeba. Można ugotować sobie samemu jedzenie lub zjeść w kawiarenkach, których jest dość dużo w okolicy. Blisko jest do autobusu, do metra i tramwaju trzeba podejść kilkaset metrów, ale to i tak blisko. Dobra opcja to możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed i po godzinach zameldowania i wymeldowania.

Cons:

Możnaby zostawić dwie karty do drzwi, bo w przypadku jednej karty, która zostanie przez pomyłkę w pokoju, nie można otworzyć drzwi.

excellent séjour
Pros:

logement parfaitement équipé et adapté. Nous avons trouvé très facilement grâce aux explications reçues de notre hôte. Nous avons trouvé le logement très propre (les serviettes ont été changées au bout de 4 jours). Très bien desservie en ligne de bus (en bas du logement) ou de métro et même de tramway (à quelques rues). Il est facile, également, d'aller au centre de la vieille ville à pieds (compter une vingtaine de minute)

Cons:

Peut-être un peu excentré du centre mais ce n'est pas un problème grâce aux lignes de bus.
