The location is amazing, right next to the train station. The soundproofing for street noise is excellent. The aircon is efficient. The coffee machine good, the space in the deluxe studio is amazing, the 'normal' one is sufficient. The showers are very good. there is no window in the shower room but the extractor is efficient. If you have a problem, and we did, a fairly serious one involving gluten, so to Ines who is problem solver extraordinaire and a customer service savant. I would stay again, if they'd have us ... ;)
The mattresses were a little soft and small for us - we asked for twins just in case they weren't great mattresses and we were relieved we did so. We'd have kept each awake all night and not in a good way turning on those ones. There is one member of staff in particular who is tricky and not great at communicating maturely, and was happy to throw colleagues under the bus so to speak... The nearby parking is extortionate and next time we will return the car hire before we settle in - the public transport is excellent and everything is walkable - unless you hate hills. The aircon, while efficient was very noisy in the second of the two rooms we stayed in. the booking.com photos are misleading - there are normal rooms and more deluxe rooms shown in the 'normal' room photos. For that, Mr Immature blamed the photographer... as a photographer, well, actually, I think we all know that's not the photographer's fault. The breakfast is poor and overpriced. If you pay a lot more, you'll get more. But it'll still be cheap processed cheese and processed ham - in Portugal (??!?!). They could provide more coffee pods perhaps, and some tourist information but the tourist office is literally across the street so I'm stretching really.

This property was conveniently located, very clean and well equipped. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. WiFi connection was high speed.

Absolutely amazing apartments ! It has a modern and stylish design, very comfortable rooms and an incredible location. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and always willing to help. Everything was clean, well organized, and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Unassuming from the outside and located right in the noisy centre of Porto, this spacious studio apartment completely exceeded our expectations. Stylish polished concrete floors, cool furniture, comfortable bed, a much needed washing machine and a fabulou view over Porto's vibrant city centre. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help in any way. Would definitely recommend these apartments as a great base for exploring Porto.

Looks exactly like the pictures and way bigger! The place is very clean and also they upgraded us to a bigger room! The staffs were so kind too, we arrived earlier but they let us check in early into the room! Amazing staffs! Would come back here again!
There’s a very odd smell at the corridor. It doesnt smell in the room, but just the corridor.
Also theres construction working right next to the building so during the day, it was stomping nonstop, but we headed out right when it started. So it was good for us.
The switch of light in the bathroom is connected to the bathroom ventilation as well. Everytime we turn on the light, the ventilation is very loud too. Not sure why, but it’s too loud when you are trying to use the bathroom in the middle of night but woke everyone up because of the ventilation sound.
The location was great and the space in the room was perfect. We enjoyed that there was a lot of natural light but the ability to close the blinds and get a good nights. Sleep was also available.
We have no complaints. Perhaps I could’ve requested a different pillow and the staff did say anything we needed, we should just ask. They were a bit on the soft side for me.
