Only the location

Cons:

The room next to the reception exactly (around one meter ) in the ground floor and very close to the main entrance which makes the room too noisy as we hear everything.
We booked for a family room which is considered the biggest but the size of the room is not that large and the toilet is too small almost a size of lavatory in airplane not not mentioned that there is no king bed just two signal beds together with space in between which makes sleeping really uncomfortable.
Most the facilities are not working properly such as the AC and the TV.
The view of the window is really terrible.
Last but not least ai believe the room we had is not meant to be a guest room but perhaps it was a something else turned into guest room.

Pros:

Large, clean room with two double beds (4 pers). Decent bathroom. Location very good on the East bank of the Neretva River (but not on the Riverside) just north of the Stari Most (10 min walk). Very, very helpful and pleasant receptionists.
