Clean comfortable quiet location near a park and fairly close to downtown.
Pros:

Breakfast (and dinner) at Marco’s restaurant is great. Staff was helpful during my stay.

Cons:

Not so much a dislike, but it is a fair walk (2 or 3 km) to get to the central area of town and there is a bus. Stop nearby. It’s in a quiet university zone.

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und am Abend das Essen beim Italiener war einfach sehr sehr lecker und die Preise im Restaurant sind gut

Sind am Montag angereist, erste Zimmerreinigung erfolgte am Freitag sind heuteabgereist, am Mittwoch bekamen wir auf Nachfrage wenigstens frische Handtücher

Gute Ausgangslage für Touren in die Innenstadt mit Tram/S-Bahn, recht ruhig gelegenes großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse

Cons:

Die gegenüber liegenden Gebäude sind die ganze Nacht über hell erleuchtet, dadurch war das Zimmer sehr hell

Das Zimmer war geräumig gut ausgestattet auch für längere Aufenthalte.
Das Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut, sowohl vom Angebot, als auch vom Platzangebot, freundlich und nettes dabei aber unaufdringliches Personal
Die Lage war etwas zweifelhaft, weil teilweisen von "Hotel Am Weberplatz" und von "Gästehaus Am Weberplatz" für dasselbe Gebäude geschrieben wurde --- bitte vereinheitlichen ;

Cons:

durch die Termine beim Event konnte ich das Frühstück am Samstag leider nicht nutzen, vielleicht sollte man eine Ersatzvariante hierfür Suchen....... Frühstücksbeutel an Vorabend/ mit einer kleine Thermoskanne Kaffee (Kanne nach Pfand...)
