Pros:

Kawasan persekitaran yang aman. Parking senang, x sibuk. Kolam renang besar n dekat dgn bilik. Bilik level bawah, xsusah2 nak naik tangga. Balik lewat malam, siap ada remote pagar. Overall, selesa and boleh repeat lagi.

Cons:

Bilik mula2 yg kat bawah, bidet dalam toilet tak best, jenis yang spiral. Bila tarik je, air terus tak kuar. Kena adjust2 sket. Tempat solat terhad, sempit. Bilik yg kedua kat belah atas lebih best, cuma bau hapak sket. Apapun overall semua okay.

The wall of the bathroom is not fully close. There is an ajar between the door and wall. Not suitable if u stay more than 1 person.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property, as there were several issues that affected my experience.

Firstly, the shower head in the bathroom was not functioning properly. In addition, the glass shelf for toiletries appeared loose and unstable, which made me concerned about placing my personal items there.

Furthermore, the bedsheets were not in a satisfactory condition, as there were visible yellow stains. This raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

Lastly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff on the night shift yesterday, as the attitude displayed was not up to the expected standard.

I hope these matters can be looked into and improved to ensure a better experience for future guests.
