Pros:

Self checkin/checkout war etwas ungewöhnlich hat aber gut funktioniert. Es gibt auch Automaten wo man Snacks, Getränke aber auch z.Bsp. Ladekabel, Zahnbürste oder so erwerben kann, sehr gut.

Ich komme wieder man muss immer eine zweite Chance geben
Pros:

Ich liebe eigentlich das Hotel war in der Vergangenheit schon öfters hatte jetzt eine längere Pause
Die Lage ist einfach sensationell

Cons:

Leider war ich extrem enttäuscht wenn man das Haus kennt es war total herunter gelebt und mein Zimmer diesesmal extrem dreckig selbst in der zweiten Nacht wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt aber nicht gesaugt und gewischt denn es lag noch alles am Boden was ich am Anreise Tag gesehen hab

Gutes Hotel wenn man nicht viel benötigt

Kleine Küche mit vorhanden, bequemes Bett und ruhiges zimmer. Kostenlose Tiefgarage

Cons:

Die Küche ist sehr mager ausgestattet. Das Zimmer hat schon so einige Gebrauchsspuren.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen über. Es war teilweise einfach nicht sauber und im Bad roch es irgendwie nach Sole.
Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech mit dem Zimmer, aber unser Eindruck war leider nicht so gut.

Fragwürdige Mitarbeiter und katastrophale Sauberkeit

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Unzureichende Sauberkeit im Zimmer:
- Gebrauchte Socken, ein benutztes, braun verschmiertes Handtuch in einer Schublade
- Seifenspender im Bad schimmelte
- Boden war nicht gewischt, Oberflächen ebenfalls nicht gründlich gereinigt
- Starker Rauchgeruch, der auch duch viel Lüften nicht verschwand
- Küchenausstattung stark verschmutzt
Ich musste zwei Mal um eine neuerliche Reinigung des Zimmers bitten. Nach 2 Stunden erschien jemand vom Room Service, hat die Schubladen von Socken und gebrauchtem Handtuch befreit und die Glasscheibe geputzt und ging wieder. Bekam noch frische Handtücher, der Rest blieb dreckig.

Fragwürdiger Mitarbeiter:
Ein Mitarbeiter - offenbar der Hauptverantwortliche vor Ort - lässt sich ohne Klopfen oder Ankündigung selbst rein und steht plötzlich im Zimmer. Am ersten Tag gleich zwei Mal passiert, um 15:00 und um 19:00 Uhr. Er wollte sich nach seinen Angaben nur erkundige „ob eh alles passt". Absolut unprofessionelles und fragwürdiges Verhalten. Auf den Hinweis das Zimmer nicht unangekündigt zu betreten meinte er nur die Türen seien so dick, dass man das Klopfen wahrscheinlich nicht hört. In dieser Nacht wurde um 22:00 Uhr und um 2:30 Uhr mehrfach an die Zimmertür geklopft. Kann Zufall sein, trägt allerdings nicht zum Wohlfühlen bei.
Ein weiterer Mitarbeiter der Raumpflege war allerdings sehr höflich, klopfte zwei Mal und kündigte sich mit „Room Service" an, erst dann wurde die Tür geöffnet.

Würde nicht wieder buchen und kann es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

El gym 24h, una maravilla! Buena ubicación, solo 5 min caminado del centro en sí.
Habitación grande y limpia.

Cons:

Nada nada de personal. No es difícil contactar con un agente pero se echa de menos el trato humano.
