Cons:

Incredibly bad hotel, pretends to be 24/7 check-in but it's not. Leaves guests who book and pay unable to access their room, while being frustrated with a malfunctioning check in computer (computer says no), people smoking joints directly in front of the check in, bad customer service who pretends to need more information to do their own homework, etc etc. Don't go to this place

Pros:

Personal? War nicht zu sehen, nur telefonisch. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer wa gut, aber der Rest lies zu wünschen übroig und in der Garage teilweise ekelhaft.

Tense and ruined by administration incompetence and reliance on gadgetry.
Pros:

It is located directly in the centre of the town. It is clean and well maintained. There is some free but inadequate parking. The lighting in the common areas is good and my dog was accepted.

Cons:

I arrived at 10 pm, expecting my room to be ready. There is no reception, just a checkin terminal. when I went through the process, at the end it told me that my room was not ready! I repeated the process with the same result, so I was compelled to call the support number, which is expensive due to roaming costs. The person clicked a button then I was able to checkin.
The free parking is too small for the size of the hotel.

Sauberkeit absolut katasrophal
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut und schön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sahen sehr gut aus. Bei 141,-€ pro nacht hätte das gepasst....aber die Sauberkeit war eine Katastrophe, die wir gerne mit Bidern hinterlegen können.

Cons:

Sauberkeit:
- Fernseher war komplett verschmiert
- keine Klimaanlege vorhanden nur einen Lüfter
- Lüfter war komplett verstaubt und hat beim Einschalten Dreck herausgeblasen
- Spülmaschiene war noch voll und der Inhalt war noch warm
- Gläser und Geschirr war komplett kalkig, aber nicht nur von dem Spülgang
- beim Barfußgehen hatte man schwarte Füße, da der Boden nicht gereinigt war
- Möbel auf dem Balkon waren komplett schmutzig
- am grpßen Fenster unter dem Vorhang ist Schimmel
- Der Online-Check in/Check out war sehr dürftig erklärt und man musste alle vorher selbst eingeben ohne Hilfe.

Wir würden das gut gelegene und auf den Bildern toll aussehende Hotel leider aufgrund der Sauberkeit nicht mehr buchen.

Sehr heiß im Zimmer, kine Klimaanlage vorhanden, wäre im Sommer wichtig!

Pros:

?Mir wurde beim einchecken gleich geholfen da die Karte noch nicht aktiviert werden konnte.

Cons:

Mülleimer war noch Rest von anderen drin. An den Getränke und Snacksutomaten stehen Preise die nicht passen. Beispiel, Kekse stand 2,80€ nach Eingabe, Fehler, richtiger Preis 4,80€.
Balkonien war am Schloss beschädigt und man konnte sie nicht abklappern was nicht gut ist da man von Balkon zu Balkon klettern kann und es war im Raum eine unerträgliche Hitze.
