Pros:

Top Kundenservice top Rezeption die sofort alles per Telefon erledigt haben. Herr Hansen war sehr freundlich und kompetent, sehr gut mit freundlichen Grüßen Erwin Peer

Cons:

Gym dreckig , alles liegt irgendwie herum. P.s vielleicht wird das Gym auch von heimischen besucht, da ist dann meistens alles kapitt und dreckig. Das Gym sollte nur für Hotelgäste zur Verfügung stehen und Katastrophaler Zustand des Bodens, Sauna nicht vorhanden wird als Abstellraum irreführend.

The hygiene level was completely unacceptable. I’ve slept in a lot of hotels over the last years for business, but never experienced something like this.

Zimmer prizipiell schön. Self Check in und Check out funktioniert gut. Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft.
Cons:

Sauberkeit mangelhaft, im Badezimmereimer war noch der Müll der vorigen Gäste - wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nicht ausgeleert. Hinter dem Waschbecken Haare (vermutlich aus Rasierapparat), WC Bürste extrem verschmutzt und stinkend, Geschirrspüler nicht ausgeräumt; keine Kaffe bzw. Teetassen verfügbar. Geschirr teilw. nicht sauber.

self check-in,izba velka- v prijemnych nerušivych tonoch,tiche prostredie,dostupne k obchodom aj fastfoodom/restauraciam,dobry spoj verejnou dopravou ,cena vynikajuca.Dakujem mlademu zamestnancovi(meno som zabudla),ktory mi pomohol s check-inom,pomahal tam viacerym v ten den,nakolko bol problem s nacitavanim kariet.

Pri pobyte na 2 a viac dni by som prijala moznost vymeny uterákov, možnosť doplnit/zakupit kapsule do kavovaru(cukor,smotanu). Automat ma snacky byva dost casto prazdny,dotykova obrazovka pri self check-in automate zvykne štrajkovať (hlavne pri ciselnej klavesnici). Mate v hoteli niekoho (fyzicky),kto by v pripade núdze vedel riešiť problémy a požiadavky na mieste aj v noci?

Nicht noch einmal .
Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer war der Duschvorhang Sorry ein : Seuchenlappen :
Ebenso befand sich im Geschirrspüler noch Geschirr mit Resten.
Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde nach endlosen Telefonaten angeboten. In diesen brannte kein Licht im Bad!

Neues, ruhiges und schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Bequeme Matratzen. Gute Dusche.
Self-Check-in ok, aber gute, nette und schnelle Kommunikation via Messenger..
Parkplätze in Parkgarage. Balkon.

Cons:

Eine Info vorab (via Mail), wo genau die Hotelparkplätze sind, wäre sinnvoll.
Zimmer und v. a. Geschirr nicht ganz sauber.

Sehr angenehm und komfortable
Pros:

Zimmer, Kochgelegenheit, Kaffeeautomat am Gang, Zimmer bei einander
mit Türe zum Gang und doch getrennt - super.

Cons:

Check in war kompliziert. Dank der Hilfe eines sehr netten hilfsbereiten jungen Mann des Hotels hat dann alles sehr gut geklappt.
