Sehr angenehm und komfortable
Pros:

Zimmer, Kochgelegenheit, Kaffeeautomat am Gang, Zimmer bei einander
mit Türe zum Gang und doch getrennt - super.

Cons:

Check in war kompliziert. Dank der Hilfe eines sehr netten hilfsbereiten jungen Mann des Hotels hat dann alles sehr gut geklappt.

Bad!
Cons:

Not clean, no routine cleaning, not enough cooking utensils or cookware available nor kitchen cloths, etc.

Hotel manager got into the room at 10PM while I was sleeping without waiting for me to open the door, and that because I had placed the “Please clean my room” hanging thing on the door.

It was an awful experience, and I stayed there for a month, so it wasn’t a short stay that you would expect things to go randomly bad, it was consistently bad!

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer inkl. der Matratzen war gut

Cons:

Wenn der Check-in ab 15 Uhr ist, aber die Zimmer um 16:15 Uhr noch nicht sauber sind, ist der Service nicht besonders. Habe am Self-Service die Hotline angerufen und ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen und auch die Zurittskarte programmiert. Beim Eintritt war das Zimmer aber noch belegt von anderen Gästen, die verlängert hatten- ein no-Go - Chaos pur! Haare auf dem Boden s.Bild - Sauberkeit naja!
