Cons:

Треба врахувати що паркування - не від готелю, а від міста, платне. 50 грн / годину. Не дуже зручна координація по готелю (бо по факту це ТЦ) + номер на останньому поверсі, куди не йде ліфт, про що не зазначено в описі номеру.

Місце розташування супер гарне, прямо біля оперного театру. в 3 хв пішки центр Львова тож добиратись до цікавих місць набагато легше. Вид з вікна на Оперний театр дійсно дає враження та дуже сподобалось. В номері чисто, є все необхідне.

Добиратись до номеру потрібно через не працюючий торгівельний центр що не дуже сподобалось
Стосовно паління то в цьому готелі суворо заборонено палити на БАЛКОНІ! Задля фіксації правопорушення на балконі встановлена камера відеоспостереження тож майте на увазі що можуть виписати штраф. Адміністрація посилається на правила міста, що палити на балконах заборонено проте на сусідньому балконі нижче поверхом спокійно стоять попільнички і люди спокійно курять. Заради справедливості можу сказати що в готелі прямо на поверсі встановлено місце для паління (окрема кімната) і те що витяжка там погана це нічого не сказати.
З гарячою водою також виникли проблеми і малися чекати по 10 хв поки піде хочаб тепла, адміністрація посилалась на ремонт труб у місті проте на рецепції в умивальнику гаряча вода пішла одразу, тож що саме це було загадка.

Зупиняюсь тут не в перший раз, і сервіс, як і раніше, на високому рівні. Окрему відзначу адміністраторів, привітні, готові допомогти, справжні професіонали. Номери чисті, зручні, є все, що потрібно для комфортного відпочинку. Сніданки смачні. Розташування просто ідеальне.

Cons:

Трохи не зручний душ.
