Fácil localização, funcionários prestativos e camas confortáveis.
Pros:

Quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos e o chuveiro era bom.
Camas são confortáveis.
O quarto possuía uma pequena sacada com vista para a rua, onde era possível ver o movimento e se as lojas estavam abertas.

Cons:

O Hall de entrada do hotel é somente uma porta direto para a porta do elevador. O espaço é pequeno e pode ser insuficiente para as pessoas e malas, dependendo da quantidade.

Great location, value for money
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful. Location was a plus. Plenty of places to eat breakfast in the morning. Reception staff allowed us to leave luggage in reception while we got breakfast

Cons:

Room was a little cramped with the 2 double beds. Bit we did arrive late and left quite early so wasn't too much of an issue for the 4 of us

Lovely staff
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The parking is away from the hotel, its about 200 metre walk, it is secure. Beds are comfy.

Cons:

Its on a busy street right in the city, the back rooms are slightly less noisy. Its a small hotel so you can hear guests walking to their rooms at night.

Gostei de tudo, desde ao atendimento da Senhorita que atendeu-me na recepção ao estado do quarto em que estive alojado. Um quarto bastante limpo.

Muy limpio y acogedor, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

La habitación se quedaba pequeña porque las 2 camas eran enormes y pudimos dormir los 3 estupendamente, así que todo bien.

The location! Love the view of the city- enjoy sitting on the upper patio. Very Luxurious feel, an elevator to access all floors. The linens are soft, labelled and the bed is the most comfortable I slept in throughout my stay in Portugal. Explore the multitude of restaurants and high end shopping all within a quick walk! The subway is down the street. Some of the best coffee I had was next door! There is a market on Saturdays!

It would be nice if there was more water pressure in the rain head shower head.

El trato de todo el personal hacia los clientes de 10! Recepción, servicio de habitacion , camareras de habitacion, limpieza del hotel EXCELENTE!
Atención 24h! Siempre había alguien, disponible para cualquier ayuda, información o apoyo.
Viajamos con nuestro hijo, que tiene TEA y transtorno alimentar y fueron super amables , pacientes y comprensibles, incluso nos dejaron usar el espacio de los empleados, solicitando la llave en recepción siempre que nos hiciera falta, para usar el microondas o la nevera para colocar la los alimentos que come nuestro hijo. Hotel bien situado con supermercados, centros de salud, farmacias, parques infantiles ,tren, taxis.,centros comerciales, restaurantes con comida casera riquísima y pastelerías! Volveremos seguramente!
