Cons:

Após o check-in, foi entregue o cartão de acesso ao apto e não consegui abrir o porta. Voltando a recepção, me foi entregue novo cartão que ao abrir a porta, me deparei com hóspedes na unidade hoteleira, numa demonstração de falta de controle na distribuição dos aptos aos seus hóspedes. Decepção total.

Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar novamente
Pros:

A localização é muito boa se você estiver de carro pois fica aos pés da rodovia. Os quartos estavam limpos e organizados. O café da manhã é ok, nada de mais mas cumpre seu papel.

Deixou a desejar! Hotel com potencial, mas me pareceu mal administrado.

Desde a entrada já tivemos alguns problemas, pois fiz a reserva pelo booking informando dois adultos e uma criança de 16 anos. E quando chegamos no hotel fomos abusados que nosso quarto só tinha 1 cama.

E quando chegamos no hotel fomos abusados que nosso quarto só tinha 1 cama. Enfim fomos alocados em um quarto para pessoas de necessidades físicas, mas ok, o quarto estava limpo.
Solicitamos um edredom, pois só havia aquele cobertor de flece no quarto e nos disseram que só teria este modelo de coberta. Qdo fomos retirar na recepção (não havia serviço de quarto, até as toalhas da terceira hóspede que esqueceram de colocar no quarto, tivemos que retirar na recepção) os cobertores estavam com mau cheiro.
O café da manhã deixou a desejar, o que notei que pela estrutura da hospedagem o atendimento e as refeições poderiam ser muito melhores.

Funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

Estava muito frio e o hotel não tinha cobertores para os hóspedes.
Não tinha secador de cabelo e por ser em frente à rodovia os quartos são extremamente barulhentos.
