Pros:

Lage ist super. Kein Frühstück, aber sehr gute Bäckerei in 1 Minute Gehreichweite. Raum ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Gute und freundliche telefonische Kommunikation im Vorfeld zum Eincheck-Prozess.

Los trabajadores son amables y el local es muy bonito y limpio!

Cons:

Lamentablemente el jefe o supervisor que estaba de guardia el dìa de mi entrada corrigió desproporcionadamente delante de mi al trabajador que me hizo el check-in por explicarme verbalmente los servicios del hotel, aclarándole que todo estaba por escrito en la habitación. Obviamente èste Supervisor desconoce el protocolo màs simple de marketing en hostelería.

Das Zimmer war groß, die Lage sehr zentral, der Preis unschlagbar.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Außenbeschattung der Dachflächenfenster bzw. Verdunkelungsvorhänge und/oder keine Klimaanlage, weswegen ich morgens von der Sonne im Gesicht geweckt wurde (grundsätzlich schön, aber nicht immer so früh erwünscht ;)).

Empfehlenswertes Hotel + Restaurant im Zentrum von Erlangen.
Pros:

Die Chefs und das Personal sind außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und nett. Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Erlangen ist optimal. Das öffentliche Parkhaus liegt direkt gegenüber. Ich würde immer wieder gern dort übernachten und habe das Hotel + Restaurant bereits an meine Erlanger Freunde empfohlen.

Cons:

Alles war sehr gut.

Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber könnte besser sein. Frage nach Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder wurde nicht beantwortet. Gab es dann halt auch nicht.

Insgesamt gutes Quartier mit sehr guter Lage in Erlangen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, großes Bett, sehr geräumiges Bad

Cons:

Schutz vor der starken Sonneneinstrahlung nur durch Vorhänge, nicht im Bad
Dusche sehr tückisch: sehr hoher Einstieg, dann wieder Abstieg in die Duschwanne ohne notwendige, sichere Haltegriffe.
Frühstück nicht vorgesehen und im Hauscafe erst ab 10 Uhr.

Pros:

Ein grosses, sehr sauberes Zimmer mitten in der Stadt. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr, sehr nett. Geparkt haben wir auf dem Grossparkplatz, Tagesticket 9 Euro. Toll war der Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Teebeutel und der Kühlschrank mit 2 Flaschen Wasser -> ein super Service. Wer mitten in der Stadt wohnt, weis das es nicht lautlos zugeht. Uns hat es nicht gestört, wir haben wunderbar bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. In der Brasserie kann man gut essen.

Sehr laute Umgebung (Fenster mussten offen sein wegen der extremen Hitze im Zimmer).
Keine Klimaanlage
Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, weder dunkle Vorhänge noch Rollladen.
Sonnenaufgangsseite und daher schnell hell und heiss.
