The hotel is located near the beach and many other restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, which makes it very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and professional. The food served at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Very noisey during the night at the weekend but that’s not the property’s fault at all, just the location is near bars and music but not a major issue!

The water in the shower doesn’t get warm enough
Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe pour le mieux pour vous. Le petit déjeuner est également super et varié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous les restaurants et activités majeures de la ville.
Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisés mais heureusement qu'à partir de 22h la rue est plus calme dehors.
Very well presented hotel are as per the photos, staff very friendly and helpful, 2 decent sized seating areas at the top of the stairs at the entrance, plenty of outdoor areas provided for smokers, nice pool area plenty of seating and sun beds , decent size pool with plenty of shade, pool towels available,surprisingly quite inside rooms considering noise on street , 2 lifts covering 12 floors , good breakfast , fresh cows milk available on request at the breakfast hall
It was hard to fault if I was to nit pick I would say no cereal for breakfast
Location was great. Right at the heart of everything important in Da Nang.

Breakfast options were plenty, with the food being fairly delicious.
Cleaning and housekeeping wasn't done very well. Seemed very half-hearted. Could see spots on the toilet and hair still on the bathroom floor when I was back inside my room.
Hotel staff, while friendly, weren't always very helpful. Especially when we asked them for a new towel or extra packets of coffee or sugar.
The bed mattresses seemed slept on. Some of them were pretty saggy. They weren't very comfy really.
The staff were amazing, they surprised me on my birthday with a cake, a rose and a happy birthday song. The location is great, short walk to the beach and everything you could want on the door step
The pool had a nice view, beds were really comfortable and staff were very friendly.
On Friday night there was live music playing at a nearby bar but the staff very kindly gave us earplugs
