Great Experience
Pros:

Visited over the bank holiday weekend.
Easy check in/out
Very clean
Toiletries, towels provided but hairdryers on 5th floor so take your own if you want to dry your hair in your room.
No TV which is great but most people can use their phone/tablet/computer if needed as great WiFi
We had no problem with the bed being low and we’re in our sixties and it was Very comfortable.
Great customer service from Wajiha who solved any problems quickly and professionally.
Good value for a Great Location.
Would definitely book again when staying in central London 😊

Pounding base
Pros:

Our room was in the part of the hotel which is close to a night club and the pounding base reverberated around our room from 10pm until 3am making sleep very difficult. Would not recommend purely for this reason. Bring noise cancelling headphones in case you are given the same room as us.

A cool quiet stay in central London
Pros:

Central, friendly staff, large room, comfy bed, soundproofed rooms

Cons:

Hair found in the bed, although bedding smelt super clean so didn’t bother telling staff as it was clear the bed had been changed

Very basic and not disability friendly and staff uncaring.

It was located right next to Piccadilly tube station, good location to travel around from

Cons:

The property is much more basic than I had anticipated and not at all friendly to anyone with any kind of mobility issue. The platform the mattresses were on was too high for me to easily step on and off, there was nothing else in the room aside from a couple of hooks on the wall (everything needed to be on the floor and required a lot of bending down, not something my daughter can do). The property is also very large and the walk from lift to room was the longest I have ever had in a hotel. The general feel of the property was tatty and basic.
The staff also didn’t seem to care. When we asked them about alternatives we were told we could try the day after, no guarantee. When we decided that we couldn’t stay and went to check out and go to another hotel, the manager on that evening just said ‘thanks’.
Not a hotel or brand I would recommend at all, especially if you have any disabilities (particularly those that don’t necessarily require adaptations in a room).
