Eerily dystopian and hellish, like a black mirror hotel

Good location.

Cons:

The rooms are spooky and incredibly bare boned - after you eventually find your space after wandering around a soulless labyrinthine series of corridors, you’ll be met with a glorified cupboard that is hotter than hell. Trying to fix the air conditioning will reap no success, and neither will trying to contact the main desk for help. Instead, they have a lovely AI chat bot that takes you through a bizarre cycle of the least helpful statements and then false promises of fixing the problem. I asked for help with the air conditioning three separate times (including in person at the desk) until getting back to the hotel at 11pm and finding it still wasn’t fixed. When I went to the entrance for the last time they finally moved us to a family room (which is no larger than the single room, just more beds crammed in), which was admittedly cooler. They’ll charge you £15 to store your bag and then another £10 for any kind of service beyond a dull gaze at the entrance. I wanted to make a complaint as I was leaving but there is nobody there to help. You want a drawer? You want a bin? You want a second pillow? Fat chance babe. Give this one a miss guys x

Pros:

The comfort was zero, I was cold all through the night, there was no duvet in the room and when I asked for it I was ignored. No television, no wardrobe. Is two beded.

La ubicación era inmejorable

Cons:

La falta de todo los cuartos pequeños con tatami. Sin placares para la ropa Todo tenía que ser pagado extra , no había ningún beneficio y los precios del agua y de las expendedoras eran exorbitantes. Habría que avisar lo que es el cocoon. Por cierto No volveré a ese hotel.

Would stay again, good value, great location.
Pros:

Location, location , location!! Close to shows, food, China town and metro station

Cons:

Family of 4 in one room is a little tight with no privacy. Bathroom/shower wall is just a piece of frosted glass. Was put in a room with broken air conditioner first night. Got in at 1am, too tired to complain. Got a room change the next day. Only disappointed was that they knew ahead of time that it wasn’t working

Great location
Pros:

Location is perfect, lots of restaurants, shopping and transportation nearby. The room was spacious for 8 ppl. We could have a stroller and 4 luggages inside. the beds were comfy and lots of outlets for changing.

Cons:

Cleaning has changed from every day to every 4th day, which we think could be every 3rd day instead. We had to ask for new towels on the 2nd day, since we have kids with us who got the towels dirty real quick and the shower has no door, so the water was all over the floor. The staff was not happy to give us new towels, but we got them after we only asked for 3 pcs and not for 8 ppl which we were in the room. The trash bin we putted outside the room after 3rd day, but we didn't get a new bag for the bin, so we had to use our own bag for trash.

Lage wunderbar, für 1-2 Tage ok.

Lage und Personal war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag geputzt, Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt-man muss selber danach fragen. Die Flure werden nicht gesaugt.

No tiene ni una ventana en ningún lugar del hotel ni las habitaciones . Claustrofóbicos abstenerse . Los baños vidriados hacia la habitación . Se ve tido y escucha todo !! No hay ni una mesa para apoyar algo , no hay servicio al hab , ni cambio de toalla , ni reposición de papel .
