Que s’habia de pagar per tot, especialment que per deixar les bosses (3 motxilles) durant unes hores et fessin pagar 45 libras quan es un servei totalment gratuït en pràcticament tots els hotels/hostals.

A fire drill extremely badly executed.
A first alarm that could not be heard. A few minutes (!) later, an alarm in the room (extremely loud).
A fire exit through stairs out to the street - no info, no staff to meet up, unclear what to do. As the fire exit was actually on the other side of the building, I moved to the principal entrance. There, a hesitant staff member was holding an assembly point sign - lost as to where he should go and what he should be doing. There was no brief as to what to do.
And those who were waiting at the fire exit on the other side of the building were left to themselves.
Not very well executed and in the end, very annoyed by the lack of professionality.
Additionally, the room I had had no windows- which can be fine, as I only spent there a few hours (sleeping), but some people may be bothered and feel claustrophobic, while no info was shared before booking.

The glass walls for toilet is not great for privacy. Fine for family but a bit close for a group of friends. Also the staff downstairs were not that interested to help when I could not check in myself.

Rooms are too tiny

Las camas. Definitivamente los colchones no eran de la calidad esperada. No logre recuperar mi descanso por el bajo nivel de los colchones que habían en mi pieza / The beds. The mattresses were definitely not of the expected quality. I couldn't get a good rest due to the poor quality of the mattresses in my room.

Everything costs extra. Beware of this. I booked early check in for £60, the app advertised that my room would be ready by 9, it wasn’t ready until 11.
When I asked for extra bedding, this was an extra charge and it never actually arrived. The gym is advertised but you’re not told that it’s at a cost!
Finally DO NOT pre pay to have your bags stored by the hotel. I got charged £45 for 3 bags but when we went to check the bags in, the guy was only going to charge £30 before he checked we’d already prepaid, we queried this and he said he could apply a discretionary discount for smaller bags (no where does it say this online), but he was unwilling to reimburse us £15. He palmed us off quite rudely, so we asked to speak to someone in charge. The man in charge said the £15 per bag was correct and we were not due a refund, although we were clearly about to be charged £30. Again he palmed us off by saying he’d “speak to his colleague”. This wasn’t good enough for us, so we asked to speak to a manager. The manager wasn’t available at that time so we went about our days activities. When we returned and asked to speak to a manager, the same guy from before told us he would issue us a refund.
It was actually a total dampener on what was a lovely girly weekend away. It wasn’t the money, it was the principle. So my advice would be, DO NOT get early check in If you absolutely don’t need to? Your room is not guaranteed to be ready (even though it said online “your cocoon is ready when you are”, and DO NOT prepay to have your bags stored. You can pay into the gym if you want but you’d be cheaper paying a day pass into a PureGym.

Juste pour les claustrophobes la chambre sans fenêtres peut être vite angoissante.

O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, e mesmo pedindo para resolver umas 2 vezes, não resolveram. Mas tirando isso, o resto foi perfeito!

Tegenvallen is een groot woord maar het was lekker geweest als er iedere dag even een doekje over de vloer en het sanitair zou kunnen gaan. Dat doen ze om de paar dagen, niet iedere of om de dag.

Bed far too soft - very uncomfortable. Previously when stayed we had a table to put things down on. Its now just the floor! I understand what they are aiming at but a few comforts would help. No facilities for hot drinks in the evening or night. Adding a vending machine next to the others would help.

Dårlig kommunikasjon - sendte flere spørsmål i forkant og fikk kun ai-svar. Ba om å bli satt over til en fysisk person, men fikk aldri svar (i løpet av hele oppholdet). Dårlig service på hotellet - fikk ikke ekstra dyne fordi det var for seint på kvelden. Ingen person å gi beskjed om at sluket i dusjen rant dårlig. Ikke noe renhold på rommet i løpet av tre netter. Ikke noe bord å sette ting i fra seg på, på rommet.

La chambre est très rudimentaire ( vide, pas de petite table ou même une chaise pour s'assoir.
Chambre qui ressemble plus à un dortoir deluxe
Pas de vue sur l'extérieur, pas de fenêtre.

strong smell of urine at front door of hotel (street entrance). room looked a lot better in photos, reality was a nice but much cheaper feeling room. example: bathroom sink was dirty. bathroom fixtures were loose and need maintenance, no place to put suitcases, only 2 small hooks to hang belongings, and bed wasn't cleaned under the mattress for a long time. definitely not worth how pricey it was, even with the great location.
