Cuidado con el minimalismo y simplicidad
Pros:

Ubicacion fantástica, en pleno Picadilly Circus.
Camas en litera son cómodas, buenos colchones

Cons:

Estuvimos 4 noches.
No hay recepción. Tienes que hacer check in y check out en unas tablets.hay 2 personas ayudando, es fácil y no me quejo, pero por el precio (casi 300€/noche) me esperaba un trato un poco más personalizado.
No hay housekeeping. No te limpian la habitación, no te hacen la cama y no te limpian el baño. 4 días y 4 personas en una habitación familiar, necesita limpieza.
No hay toallas lavabo, solo ducha.
Las de ducha sucias las dejas en el suelo del pasillo y bajas a recepción a por limpias.
La basura también la dejas en el pasillo (hay bolsitas en el baño).
No hay tv ni mesa ni silla ni nada. No armario.
Muy minimalista.
Para 1-2 días perfecto. Más días, no es demasiado cómodo.

Nice and modern, exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Great location, bedrooms have all that you need for a quick stay. Bathrooms very nice.

Cons:

None of the irons worked in the ironing room. Staff were very rude on entry.

The room is small but serviceable, clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The location is central to Oxford Circus & Piccadilly.

Cons:

No hairdryer. Had check in issues asking for payment when I'd already paid in full.

Dudé mucho en la elección de este alojamiento tras leer algunas opiniones de huéspedes anteriores pero, afortunadamente, fue un acierto. 9
La ubicación es inmejorable. Al llegar (23:00H) un recepcionista nos recibió nada más entrar. Nuestra habitación Cocoon 3 en la quinta planta resultó perfecta para nuestra estancia de 4 noches. Los colgadores en la habitación y el baño fueron suficientes para organizar nuestras cosas (viajábamos con una mochila por persona). 100% silenciosa y oscura para dormir de lujo. Con espacio común en el sótano para uso de los huéspedes. Diseño e iluminación súper original. Absolutamente recomendable.

No cleaning services for the room, at least once every 2-3 days. You had to take out your own bin, had to go downstairs to ask for more toilet paper. After emptying the bin we had to use one of our own bags to put in the bin. Also no drawers/cupboards/ no table or chaor in the room.
Another important detail, no phone signal in the hotel.. only when connected to wifi.. because of my job i have to accessible by phone. So when someone calls you normally it does not work, only through whatsapp/viber. Wifi calling was not working for that
