Fijne kamer op een goede locatie.

Cons:

Wij verbleven 5 nachten. Ons bed werd pas t laatst nacht verschoond na 3x vragen. En onze handdoeken en prullenbak werd pas na 3 dagen geleegd en vervangen nadat we dit ook 2x hadden gevraagd.

Vergeet ook niet om je wereldstekker mee te nemen.

De badkamer heeft geen föhn.

Het duurt een half uur voordat de airco enigszins de kamer iets afkoelt.

Would never stay there again,the Piccadilly and Leicester Square and Chinatown were great.
Pros:

When we checked out to go home

Cons:

We are on floor three and it was very noisy all day all night and in the morning Aircon wouldn't switch off Young family very cold all night went to complain several times did not see any engineers to come up and did nothing about the noise. If booking.com review these complaints, I would like them to refund me in full and I would write a full report if need be.

Pros:

C'est un concept qu'il faut connaître avant de choisir. Le check in se fait tout seul par l'une des tablettes à disposition mais le personnel est présent en cas de besoin.

Il est d'ailleurs très réactif car la climatisation était en panne dans la chambre dans laquelle nous sommes entrés et une agent d'accueil (yashashree) nous a immédiatement changé de chambre.

La situation géographique est parfaite (à 10 mètres de picadilly circus).

- L'emplacement de la chambre : chambre devant une porte de service qui claquait jusqu'à 00h30 au moins.
- La chambre n'était pas propre à l'arrivée : cheveux dans la salle de bain, ongle sur l'échelle du lit, lit du haut moins propre.
- Travaux : réveiller à 7h30. Cela devrait être signalé.
- Il manque une brosse de toilettes

Clean and comfy rooms but a bit pricey
Pros:

The staff were helpful but a bit cold. The room was clean and there was plenty of signage showing how to get to and from the rooms to the elevators, it was at a good location as well.

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier and it was VERY expensive to have a bag held over for the day.
The bathroom was also very small and you can hear everything, the door was also frosted so you can see through it.

Höhlen-Feeling und Platzangst

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lage zentral und perfekt. Kein City-Lärm zu hören.

Cons:

- Keine Fenster! Dies muss ausdrücklich erwähnt werden für Personen mit Platzangst bzw Beklemmungsgefühl.
- keine Schränke, um etwas aufzuhängen bzw einzuräumen
- Keine Handtuchstangen bzw Kleiderbügel, damit Handtücher oder Kleidung trocknen bzw auslüften können
- Kein Fön zum Trocknen der Haare.
- zu wenig Haken, um Handtücher und Kosmetiktasche aufzuhängen
- Shampoo und Duschgel von billiger Qualität
- kein Tisch, keine Stühle; das Zimmer eignet sich nur zum Schlafen.
- keine Frischluftzufuhr, nur Klimaanlage. Das ganze Zimmer müffelt nach getragener Kleidung ab dem 3. Tag
- die Gänge sind dunkel gestaltet und wirken unheimlich.

Posizione top, hotel essential nel bene e nel male

La posizione da 10/10. Il fatto che sia tutto autonomo lo trovo fantastico, check-in e check-out in autonomia, volendo puoi passare l’intero soggiorno senza parlare con nessuno in totale tranquillità. Siamo nel futuro! Staff sempre sorridente, disponibile e gentile nelle poche occasioni in cui è stato necessario un dialogo.

Cons:

Il fatto che non puliscono per i primi 4 giorni, per l’ambiente lo capisco e lo ammiro, ma vuol dire che stai 4/5 giorni con stesse lenzuola e asciugamano. La stanza è piccolissima eppure non era perfettamente pulita, c’erano molti punti sporchi. La doccia non è separata quindi si allagava ogni volta tutto il bagno. Quindi sebbene la posizione sia incredibile e il concept dell’hotel ci sia molto piaciuto, per il prezzo pagato abbiamo notato molte carenze, in primis servizi e pulizie. E qualsiasi servizio era a pagamento, dal phon alle pulizie anticipate, o il deposito bagagli. Ciononostante staff gentilissimo e quando è servito ci hanno dato, senza problemi o tasse aggiuntive, la busta dei rifiuti e carta igienica.

Cons:

There were limited staff. You could tell the parent company limited staff to save on money and it just didn’t have a high level of customer service. The room was fine and location was great. We asked for two pillows and despite our efforts, they were never delivered.
