Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage des Hotels mit angemietet. Es gab Probleme mit der Stromversorgung des Garagentors und die Dame an der Rezeption hat nicht lange gezögert und ist mit uns hin hingelaufen und hat uns sofort und schnell das Tor manuell geöffnet, sodass wir sofort weiterfahren konnten. Wirklich ein super Service 😊 Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Frisse kamer op een perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Fijne kamer, fris en schoon. Ligging is perfect, binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum.

Cons:

Niets, misschien wel een tip om koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer te hebben. Je kon wel gratis je waterfles vullen in t restaurant.

Cosy vibe
Pros:

The hotel has very comfortable and cosy vibes, the staffs are so welcoming and the room is very nice. My partner and I only stay for a night, but we really enjoyed the vibes here and the bed is very comfortable. Location is slightly outskirt to Palma city centre (like 20 mins walk), but we don't mind for the walk and there was no party noise at night.
However, the shower room and the toilet are in the same space with the bedding area, and the glass is semi transparent 😅 It was fine for us (we found it funny) but this could be something to take into consideration when booking.

Cons:

When we checked out, the receptionist told us that the bus to the airport only accepts cash (€5 per person). My partner ended up spending £28 to withdraw €20 (minimum number for ATM) and turned the bus to the airport (A1) accepts card.. (everyone tapped in and no one paid cash) The false information was frustrated for us...

Pros:

Great City Centre location. Nice rooftop pool. The hotel was clean and contemporary. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and service
Pros:

The hotel felt very luxurious and exceeded our expectations! The staff was really nice and helpful; we were able to check in earlier and they booked an airport taxi for us.
Breakfast was great and a good value.

Cons:

The gym was a bit underequipped, nevertheless a nice addition.

Cama confortável,ducha excelente,ótimo ar condicionado. A localização poderia ser um pouco melhor. É em um bairro familiar mas um pouquinho afastado das partes mais bonitas da cidade.Poderia ter uma chaleira elétrica no quarto.
