everything was phenomenal actually i loved my stay there

Cons:

its not the property per say but the roads leading to the property are very very bad specially with a sedan car like mine , saying this tho i would still book a stay with them again if i was in the region

Прекрасное расположение, прямо около подъемника, хороший ресторан и завтраки

Cons:

Совершенно неоправданная цена в 300$ за ночь
Нет места для сушки вещей
Размер раковины несопоставим с расположением крана и напором
Вообще никакого места на входе куда можно повесить вещи
3 вешалки на огромную стойку, никакого шкафа/комода, вещи висели на стульях
Ни стола, ни дивана тоже не было, огромная пустая комната

The best hotel in the mountains 🌄
Pros:

Stylish & cozy hotel with amazing breakfast. Coffee machine in the room, the most comfortable bed.

Cons:

No SmartTV, you need an HDMI cable to connect your phone to the TV.
Everything else is absolutely excellent 👌

Pros:

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with its high standard in every detail. Although it is primarily designed for winter tourism, the level of service, atmosphere and quality do not decline at all in the off-season. The interior is very stylish and modern, with understated minimalism: textured plaster walls, quality materials, excellent furniture and thoughtful details create the feel of an expensive boutique hotel.
The staff deserve special mention — genuinely hospitable, attentive and very helpful. You can really feel the care for guests. Communication was in English and Georgian, and everything was easy and comfortable.
Breakfast is a pleasure in itself. This is not a standard hotel buffet, but a proper restaurant-style à la carte breakfast, with quality ingredients and beautiful presentation.
And one important note for future guests: the last few kilometers to the hotel are along a very rough unpaved road. At some point you may think your navigation has gone wrong — but no, you are on the right road. And once you arrive, you realize the journey was absolutely worth it.
A rare case when a place fully meets expectations — and even exceeds them. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return again. 10/10.

Great Value for Price, Great Decoration and Food.
Pros:

Staff is friendly, Decoration and Everything is very tasteful and of designer quality. Breakfast and Food was very good, as always with Rooms' Hotels (now not anymore Rooms', but still very good).

Cons:

Empty minibar.

It was often impossible to book a table in the restaurant or in the lobby by the fireplace. Priority should be given to hotel guests. All tables in the fireplace area have "reserved" signs.
