Very average place. I am sure there are better value places in Osaka.

The location is very central, helpful staff.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room was terrible. First day we saw the blanket cover with visible blood stains. We complained and they changed straightaway and were very apologetic. Floor tiles very dirty. Fridge not working and seats also with dirty stains.

Wonderful
Pros:

Lovely light filled room, great amenities, comfortable bed. Lovely cocktail bar to relax in, walking distance to some major shopping centres. Friendly and helpful staff.
