The second floor lounge/ bar.
Stylish and good place. Staff was really professional and communicated well in English.
Laudry - self service you have to pay for lt. For the first time it took me 30 minutes to start, because of coins, specific bills needed, not working appliances.
Room - no wardrobe at all, walk- in shower.
Staff - level of English was rather low, though they tried to be really helpful.

Lack of pool
We really liked the Zentis. Nice modern stylish hotel but sufficiently small to feel friendly. Rooms were more spacious than most other hotels with big double bed (often hard to find). Loved the location. Great restaurants nearby. Laundry facilities and a nice small gym.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and expensive. We ate at the restaurant one night. Good but a little pricey compared with local restaurants. Otherwise we loved the hotel.

Really lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms in the heart of Umeda. Very quiet and peaceful in a bustling city but with everything you need on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again and explore this interesting area more.
