Comfortable, beautiful hotel with delicious food.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. We chose the Japanese option and it was delicious and beautiful.

Cons:

We chose the hotel mostly because of its proximity to the Osaka train station, but we erred. We did not realize that we needed to be near the Shin-Osaka train station instead. Still happy with the hotel!

Fabulous Osaka Hotel
Pros:

Loved everything about this stylish hotel. The location was fabulous, the room and bed extremely comfortable, great shower and very friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend to friends and visit again.

Určitě by jsme při naší příští návštěvě, zvolili hotel znova :)
Pros:

Zamlouvá se nám lokalita, v těsné blízkosti je několik fajn restaurací. Design a čistota hotelu, hned po příchodu, do loby se člověk cítí příjemně, velikost pokoje. Hotel jsme navštívili už po druhé a jsme spokojení.

Cons:

Nedokážu říct, že by se nám něco vyloženě nelíbilo, ale asi jsme zvyklejší na jiné pohodlnější matrace. To je asi jediné, co nám 100% nevyhovuje. Ale návštěva hotelu určitě stojí za to. :)

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, with communication being easy (thank you for putting up with our limited Japanese vocabulary) and assistance always readily available. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well maintained, with excellent daily housekeeping. We particularly appreciated the fresh water provided each day as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

I've stayed at Zentis Osaka three times now, and each visit has been a wonderful experience.
Pros:

The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making every stay feel special and memorable. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located near Umeda and Kitashinchi.

Cons:

Better lighting around the bathroom mirror would be a wonderful touch, and adding a leg-focused weight training machine to the gym would be a great improvement.

A great base to explore Osaka with a lovely light room with good space and good amenities!
Pros:

Lovely room with enough space for us and well set up. It was excellent having a laundry and we enjoyed the bar very much.

Cons:

Very small things but we would have loved it if the gym had free weights and the coffee machine had done lattes!
