Bird of Paradise

What really stood out for me during my stay was the service. It was impeccable, but in a very genuine way. Everyone was so polite, friendly, fast, and you could really feel that they actually enjoy what they’re doing.

They really go the extra mile. One example that really impressed me: I forgot to lock my safety deposit box before leaving the resort. I called reception and asked if someone could go and lock it for me. Literally, about 10 minutes later, it was done! And they even sent me a WhatsApp video showing me that they had locked it. When I got back, everything was there exactly as I had left it. WOW! That honestly impressed me so much.

And it wasn't just this one thing. Every time I asked for something, it was done quickly and with such a nice attitude. Always polite, always with a smile, and it genuinely felt like they wanted to help rather than just doing their job.

Whoever hired the reception team, especially Kate and Lace, and the rest of the staff, should be really proud. They are doing an amazing job. You can tell when people actually care about what they do, and that makes such a difference.

Big thank you to the whole team for making our stay even better. This is what great hospitality should feel like!

Swimming pool, very friendly and courteous staff and the breakfast buffet was great. Not to forget the free 15-minute foot massage ;) Lastly, they gave us packed breakfast meal since we have an early flight out of Bohol (left the resort at 5am). This gesture was beyond our expectations :)

La singularité du lieu

交通出入有嘟嘟車 櫃台樂於助人 員工都笑笑的。早餐好吃（之前有看到評價早餐是一套的但這次入住是自助式的，很好吃）

Otel personeli güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi.
Otelin konumu biraz içeride kalsa bile, çarşıya ulaşmak çok kolay, ayrıca tuk-tuk hizmetleri de var biz kullandık.
Odamız üç kişi için oldukça yeterli idi banyo geniş yataklar rahattı
Odalarda havlu, terlik, temizlik ürünleri vardı.
Ayrıca Tv de farklı platformlar oluşu bizi sevindirdi.
Havuz güzeldi. Havuz çevresi ferah peyzaj çok güzel
Kahvaltı yeterli idi beklentiyi karşıladı. Ama saat 10:00 gelmeden yapmak lazım sona doğru ürünler kalmıyor.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kamer was prachtig, personeel super lief en ontbijt heerlijk en uitgebreid! Alleen vond de omgeving echt niks zó toeristisch en alona beach was verschrikkelijk overal wordt je massages en sieraden aangeprezen. Een heel ander Filipijnen dan we eerder hadden gezien. Wil je mooie dingen zien ga dan echt het binnenland in. Vanuit Lobec zit je in een prachtige omgeving en bijna geen toeristen. Voor witte stranden kan je beter ergens anders zijn.

De hotelkamer was ontzettend mooi. Wij verbleven in de villapool. Het was heerlijk om een eigen zwembad te hebben. Het grote zwembad was ook lekker. Alleen had deze wat scherpe randen. Het restaurant was goed, alhoewel er wel wat meer filipijnse gerechten op de kaart mogen. De locatie was iets verder, maar omdat er een gratis tuktuk beschikbaar was, was dit heel fijn opgelost. Al met al, was het een heerlijk verblijf. Een echte aanrader.

Location and the villa with private pool was great

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and there were many thoughtful touches that made the experience special. We looooved loved our stay here.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and the free tuk-tuk service to town was a great convenience. The hotel was peaceful and quiet at night, allowing us to get a really good night's sleep. We would happily stay here again!

La tranquilidad del hotel, la decoración y las camas muy cómodas y muy grande. El precio que nos costó dormir con el desayuno incluido inmejorable. El mejor hotel boutique que me he quedado en toda Filipinas.
