La saleté des chambres
Nous avions réservé et fait confirmer un lit bébé à l’avance pour notre fille en bas âge, y compris par téléphone le jour même avec le réceptionniste. À notre arrivée, aucun lit n’était disponible, et ce même réceptionniste nous a fait patienter des heures sans se soucier que notre bébé était épuisée et avait besoin de dormir. Le lit finalement apporté était cassé et sans matelas. Le réceptionniste et un technicien ont proposé qu’on l’utilise quand même en l’état, ce qui aurait été dangereux pour notre fille. Le réceptionniste s’est montré désagréable et indifférent pendant toute cette attente, et n’a commencé à réagir que lorsqu’il a compris que nous allions partir. Nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel tard le soir avec notre bébé épuisée pour trouver en urgence un autre hôtel, à nos frais. Le lendemain, la personne à la réception nous a dit qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible.

El hotel era muy bonito y estaba en zona moderna de la ciudad. Había muchos sitios para comer o cenar.

La cama. Al principio nos pareció súper cómoda pero por la mañana nos dolía todo jeje. Además sonaba un montón al movernos.
Por otro lado mi marido se levantó lleno d picaduras de algún bicho.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Il est situé à seulement quelques mètres de la station de tramway. Il y a également plusieurs restaurants et épiceries à proximité. L’hôtel est aussi très proche du centre-ville et de la gare Casa-Port.
En revanche, je n’ai pas vraiment apprécié la qualité des serviettes. Pour un hôtel comme ibis, je trouve dommage que les serviettes soient d’une qualité aussi médiocre. À ce niveau de prix, on s’attend à une meilleure qualité.

The property was clean
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service. At around 6pm, I requested an iron from reception and was told it would be brought to my room. After waiting, I tried calling reception several times but received no answer.
At around 8pm, I had to go back to reception myself, where I was reassured that the iron would be brought to my room shortly. After waiting another hour, I called again, only to be told that no iron was available. I completely understand if something isn’t available, but I would have appreciated being told from the beginning rather than waiting for three hours and having to repeatedly follow up.
The hotel is also located directly on a main road, so the room was very noisy, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the poor communication and noise made the experience quite disappointing.
